Good poke for the area and had great experiences ordering in store; however, I have ordered delivery from here 3 times and every time they have left items off my order that I paid extra for. Today all I added was a side of sauce for .75 and they didn't send it, obviously not enough to request a refund or have a poor delivery driver come all the way back, but it's also very annoying to pay extra for something and then not receive it. There's no way to report issues with my order on their website so now I gotta look like a Karen complaining on google reviews about .75. But they've done it to me 3 times now, and I imagine if they do this on every delivery order then it adds up to a lot of extra fees with no extra food or services rendered. Pick up your order in-store so you don't get ripped off.
For my first time ever trying a poke bowl and I’m glad I picked this location. My poke bowl was amazing and the girl who made my bowl was great and informing me what was each item if I asked and let me taste diff sauce options. Like a chipotle but for sushi lovers. Bowl order : white rice , double salmon , edamame, cucumber, crispy garlic , ponzu sauce, double avocado, a few thia Chili’s , sesame seeds, this black crunchy topping it was like a salty crunch. Very good I will be coming back. My order is more on the salty savory side. ✅
Worst experience I have ever had at any place. Customer service was lacking. Had to speak to Hung the manager who started educating me on how poké works… and made a snarky comment to me. They need to start enforcing the 15-10 minute pickup store policy. Learned from my mistake and will be avoiding this place. Thank you for my refund.
I love Pokeworks and have spent the last week wanting nothing more than for them to bring back the Seoul Poke Bowl ? one of the best things I've ever eaten!
Had to add toppings that were missing and 2 didn't come with sauce. Spending 60 bucks i just expected more and what I got wad good base for me to add the toppings and sauce and pretty much make it myself. Lesson learned I guess.
Just had lunch from here via Uber Eats. Kinda pricey for what you get but freakin fantastic to eat!!
My girlfriend ordered from here yesterday and became violently I'll last night. This morning I had to take her to an Urgent care, she's still so sick. She can't eat or just stop getting sick. I previously worked as a sushi chef and we took cleanliness extremely seriously. Please reconsider how you prepare, store, and serve your food. This is unacceptable!
Was hoping for a better blend for pescatarians who are accustomed to their taste diversity fully matched in the islands where Poke blossomed.
Great food, lots of options. A little pricey, but fresh, healthy food is generally more expensive.
