They handed out this black burnt pizza and my food wash cold because they forgot my 16 piece boneless honey barbecue wings. With no apology.
I called in my order and when I came to pick up my order I didn't get greeted so I sat down for 5 minutes and still no one came to help me. By the time a driver walked in I ask him if someone can help and he says 5 minutes. By that time someone came an told me he didn't speak English . This store customer service sucks..
Quality control and make your delivery drivers snap a picture upon contactless delivery to prove how they left the order like Amazon. Because mine was scattered all over the front porch and I never chose contactless to begin with. It was a matter of two mins from the time the door bell was rung and me walking to the door and it left there driver in the car speeding off. Plus I did not get my full order.
I waited 28 minutes to call to ask about my pizza. They said the pizza was ready for pick up. I said that I asked for curbside pick up. The store was not busy but was told the pizza was ready and they would be out when they could. 5 more minutes then someone comes out and hands the pizza to me and says nothing. I did not eat the pizza. I felt like I was complaining and did not want to eat something spit on or not fresh. The employee was not wearing any kind of uniform and wearing sweat pants and a sweat shirt. Not representing your company at all.
Ordered $45 worth of food. The driver was supposed to be arlt my home 10 minutes away by 8:55pm. Waited for him til we had to go to church NYE service arriving at 9:20pm. Then he did not deliver my wings. Will be requesting a full refund. I had to leave the house immediately for church. Came home, no wings, if your going to arrive late, at least deliver my $45 worth of food?♀️
Ordered a medium 2 topping pizza... wanted extra sausage as my toppings. I SWEAR it barely had any sausage on it. All the employees were taking a smoke break and we had to request our pizza even tho we put in for curbside service.
pizza was good, and the instructions to leave uncut were followed correctly. only improvement area would be the cinnamon sticks which were placed directly on the inside surface of the cardboard box (instead of maybe on a sheet of foil or paper). the molten cinnamon sugar hardened as it cooled and most of the bottom surface of the cinnamon sticks stuck to the cardboard box and was lost
After waiting 2 hours for my pizza I went up to the store and it was just sitting on a table forgotten about. My kids were hungry and I was tired after working all day. Do better pizza hut!!
This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I would advise you to not order from them. They deducted money off my card and I still did not get my food. Called back numerous times and no answer.
Delivered the pizza to my employees- at the correct location, was polite, and read the note I left. Thank you!! Great staff
