At 8:13pm I put in a order. I forgot to enter in my apartment number. I tried calling the store over and over again but nobody would pick up. at 8:45 I got a notice the delivery person would be showing up shortly so I had to wait outside to find him. He showed up at 9:05pm and handed me my order from off the street. He left but then I realized they didn't give me my whole order. I called the store again, over and over, and they still never picked up. So I had to leave my food at home and drive up there and they were rude to me when I asked if there phones don't work. They said they're understaffed but I explained I called for over an hour, til my phone died. He just told me to wait and he made my Mozzarella Sticks, and said he'd give me a $15 credit. I spent $40 total and wasted about 2 hours and stressed out the whole time, and still haven't ate my food which is now cold at 9:50pm. Such a horrible experience could have been avoided if they had just answered their phone so I can tell them my Apartment Number.

ordered a pizza for curbside pick up and when I came at the scheduled time, I waited for about 15 minutes for them to bring it to the designated parking spot. Tried calling but the phone number listed went straight to voicemail. I eventually got out of the car to go inside and see if they didn't see my car or something, but the doors were locked (even though they closed over an hour later) and the 2 people inside did not even look up at me. They brought my order out over 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.

This is how I received my pizza. I called the store & a guy answered and said he’d reimburse me but still nothing smh. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

Placed order at 8:37PM via the app. The order confirmation said it would be delivered at 11:10PM (almost 2 1/2 hours later!). I tried calling the local store multiple times to verify if the time estimate was correct and nobody would answer the phone. Finally drove up there at 9:10PM to see what was going on and my pizzas were ready to go. I guess they were just going to leave them in the warmer for 2 hours until they could deliver them. Nobody apologized for not answering their phone or putting me through the trouble of driving up there to pick up an order that I had paid to be delivered. They shouldn't accept orders if it's going to take 2 1/2 hours to deliver and they should answer their phone.

The pizza tasted good, it was ready on time, and it was done quickly. I ordered it, and it was ready by the time I got to the store 15 minutes later

The pizza was decent. I wanted it delivered at noon called at 10:49 to make sure it would be on time. It was but it was out for delivery at 11:28 so it was cold when it got here but it was on time. Maybe next time Ill ask for it delivered on time but not in the car for 30 mins before it gets here. Microwave helped but wish it was fresh.

Honestly, the pizza did not taste that great and it was falling apart. Also, the drivers english was so broken I ended up having to jog over to the entrance gate so he could hand me my pizza he stored in his trunk. Overall not a great experience.

Really bad service. Placed a carry out order at 8:59, arrived at the specified 9:15 time for curbside pickup. I called when I arrived to let them know, but nobody answered, so I walked inside only to be informed that they “have no cooks past 8, so we just cancel all orders.” She was kind enough to let me know that “somebody was supposed to call me and tell you,” as she looked around and remembered that she was the only person working ?? not sure why an establishment would stay open when they can’t even make their product.

Horrible experience a month ago with a two hour delivery time and cold pizza received, I was given a redemption for a free pizza. Tried to use app to order and can’t because there’s a minimum delivery amount. Tried to order by phone and person claiming to be manager said I had to order online/app and had to order more to meet minimum. Absolutely wouldn’t honor over the phone. Stick with ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE.

They completely messed up my delivery order, When I called and told them they wanted to argue and say that the order was right and I told them it wasn’t and I said I’ll bring it up there. They were very rude and still charged me for the delivery fee and said they couldn’t return the fee, They got the order wrong again whenever they gave it to me up there at that point I just didn’t even want to deal with it anymore and just took it. Very sad experience
