Absolutely delicious! 10/10 recommend the Panang curry is my husbands favorite. He made it 3 star spicy, for me was a bit much but he loves spice. Very authentic & rich in flavor
Loved the mango desert, i am not a big fan of deserts but mango. From 1-5 sweetness it falls around 3. I did not like the basil fried rice as it doesnt have basil flavor in it.
Dine-in, ordered chicken satay, Thai chicken basil and messy noodle and drinks. Completed our orders and paid just before 8:15pm. Afterwards, there are many new customers walk-in to place their Togo orders. One after another got food and gone. I asked cashier at 8:45 where’s our foods? He politely said most of our food are ready except chicken satay!! I told him he can serve whatever done first we are hungry. He quickly brought out our ready foods in a bag and said to wait for satay and suggest that we may have to bring food as Togo!! He says he knows it's their fault BUT they CANNOT KEEP THE RESTAURANT OPEN AFTER 9pm!!!! I was in aww and speechless. We are never coming back again. We also regretted leaving a tip for no service and feel that we got kicked out because they, The Restaurant, cannot manage to give us the service.
Phone Ordered pad tai and green papaya salad. Got to store and it was $5 more than online prices. Owner/manager comes out and says prices went up and if I want those prices then will get smaller portion. Order was packed and ready to go so the guy repackages with smaller portion...no thanks. So he decided to throw away the excess instead of honoring website price and lose a customer over a few bucks. I get it things cost more but dont lie and say portions are bigger to justify price increase and then forget to change online menu. I left and went straight to pei wei!
Got Doordash, pad thai and red curry, level 2 spice. The spice level was fine for me, but I can understand why there seems to be widespread confusion about spice levels, since it was way spicier than I expected for level 2 medium. They should probably just relabel the spice levels if so many customers are confused to the point that they have to say "no refunds for spice level." The flavors tasted good in both dishes, but the meat in each dish (chicken and beef) was way overcooked, extremely tough and leathery, like it had been sitting in a hot pot all day. If the meat were less overcooked it would have been great.
Place was absolutely amazing. Was so much better than we anticipated. They also have great vegan food for your vegan friends
My girlfriend and I love spicy food and are willing to put our stomachs, tongues and throats on the line to find out whether a restaurant will produce food that's spicy enough for our liking. Last night we ordered the drunken noodles and the sesame noodles at spice level 10 and it was exactly what we hoped for and expected from the highest spice level at a Thai restaurant. We've tried quite a few Thai places in the greater Dallas area and haven't been satisfied by the highest spice levels at those places. We should've tried Pinto earlier. We're beyond satisfied with the available spice levels at this restaurant and will most likely make this place our new regular spot. The one downside is that the higher the spice level, the more the texture of the dish is compromised by the texture of chili pepper flakes. Definitely something we're willing to put up with, but it depends on the person. We absolutely recommend Pinto to anyone who loves challengingly spicy food.
Excellent food, easily best tasting option in Northside. The only downside is that it requires time to be prepped--order ahead!
Food is delicious but end up getting sick after most of the times. So quality is not consistent. Would love if they put more effort into that because the food is great
Fried Chicken in Fried Rice seemed old and dried up. The rest of the food was good, but the chicken didn’t seem fresh.
