The owner was really really nice. She talked to us the whole time. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The pho and bun bo hue were tasty, they had the most flavor out of all our dishes. Unfortunately, the banh mi was really hard and dry and so was the chicken in it. One of the noodles we ordered had oily meat that tasted a bit off. The rice dish was ok, but the meat was dry too, it definitely needed less cooking and drying. One thing that surprised us is that if there is 5 in your party they just add 20 percent gratuity.
This place is delicious. We got the sharing spring rolls, which were pretty standard. However, we also got their spicy chicken curry pho and it was a great combination of flavors. Their shaking beef was also very flavorful and had a variety of vegetables with egg and rice. To top it off, the waitress was also incredibly friendly and the food came out fast.
Good and staff are beyond amazing! They make you feel like family and are so kind. This is the best place for delicious food snd amazing customer service!
This place is a must try. The staff is super sweet, the food is amazing, it’s clean and not a bad price. We had the pho and chicken curry. Their small size is good for the kids and the large is perfect for adults and if your super hungry they have a XL too. We will be back for sure.
Everything is so fresh and flavorful here. Some reviews mention the prices are high. It might be a few dollars more than cheaper rundown places, but you get much better quality ingredients! The banh mi had perfect bread, and the lemongrass beef tasted just like something I've had in Vietnam. Vegetables are always clean and fresh. On top of that, the woman that runs the restaurant is wonderful!
Nice vegan options. Although limited to a handful of items, the ones I’ve had were satisfying and delicious. This time I had the V6. Bun Dau Hu and was a tasty chilled noodle option, the peanut sauce is necessary!
My roommates and I come here about once a week and the pho is always fantastic and the woman who runs this place is incredibly sweet. The portions are great for the price and it is very consistent every time we visit.
Best vegan pho by far. They use Daikon radish which is superb. I love that here vegan doesn't mean extra broccoli. Most places think broccoli is the only veggie.The customer service is outstanding.I definitely recommend this place if your vegan she has lots of combinations for vegans.
Ok so I am super excited to post this review. So lets get into in. I ordered their large pho bowl with steak, and it truly didn't disappoint. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was very tasteful and didn't overpower the contents within it. This was in fact some of if not the best pho iv had by far. Also decided to order 10 of the wings. The skin was very crispy and the meat was juicy not dry. The sauce they used has just enough spice to it to remind you but not overwhelm your pallet, the sauce used for the wings was tangy, yet had a bit of sweetness. I would recommend ordering some to anybody I know. They eggrolls were very crisp and flakey and didn't have to be dipped in a sauce to eat like many other places. They proceeded to bring out tea and it didn't disappoint either. It had a very light aromatic flavor/smell like it should. Also tried the chicken curry and for myself not being a fan of curry to begin with this dish was truly phenomenal and you will have to try to really be able to understand. They also have fresh squeezed lemonade. Most places either make lemonade way too sweet to the point where you can feel the sugar in your teeth or next to no sweetener. But pho truong has it down to a perfect science. I can't remember her name but the lady that served us really made us feel like the restaurant was our second home. The food truly is too notch and the atmosphere is superb. I would not call this place a hole in the wall pho place but truly a diamond in the rough. 10/10 recommend to anybody that passes by and I for sure will be going back again. Purple haired lady is so sweet!! I come here with my dad and she always remembers us!! The staff in general are all extremely sweet and friendly. I always get the brisket pho and they always get out to you quickly and steaming hot. It is extremely delicious and in my opinion the best pho in town.
