No more small sizes makes a normal order far beyond cost effective for Asian food. Ate inside, air conditioner is blasting despite it being 50F outside. Maybe if the HVAC system and its electrical consumption were managed better, PeiWei could afford to still offer small sizes..... The front door is so difficult to open, that I just watched a customer assume the door was locked and leave. Who is managing the operation?
The Best Customer service!! Had an issue with ordering thro app and the happily corrected the issue with no problem.
Poor quality food, barely any chicken in any of our takeout meals. Super disappointed.
When we arrived they were very busy and the manager took care of us, he was very kind to all of us who were there to order food. The incredible thing is that they did not take long to deliver our order and very delicious! Oscar I think is called the manager. But Thanks to all your kitchen team for your efficiency!
Good food not the best but satisfactory
Very delicious. The lady that took our request Sunday lunch 8/15/21 was so friendly, helpful, and had a great personality. I looked on the ticket for her name but the name said Oscar. May have been her but she's great and great food!
This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have ordered a takeout or curbside meal from Campbell Rd. and Coit in Richardson.1st time they had no soy sauce to put with my order and didn't put eating utensils with order and tonite when I got my drink, there was no ice in it, so had warm ice tea. There were no other cars parked in front and 1 car parked towards Campbell. So they did not appear to be busy. Time was about 6:15p.m.This restaurant used to have excellent food and service, now I never know if my order is going to be correct or not.This restaurant needs to address their "takeout" and "curbside" service issues.Reading some of your reviews it appears I am not the only one "not happy".
The food a few years ago was pretty good. Now it’s changed so much due to Covid business changes we won’t come back. The food now taste like a TV dinner instead what it was. Staff was Friendly the place is clean just bad tasting food now, it’s just not the same as it was. Life goes on

On June 10, 2021 I visited the Campbell location in Richardson. I initially called for take out. When I arrived I was told no one took my order at that location. Despite the fact I had proof on my phone. This has been the 2nd time in two months this occurred at this location and once at another. Needless to say I left deciding to take my business elsewhere.
