Waited 45 mins fir an order that was confused with take out orders. Checked 3 times. The young servers cooks and hostess staff were not bothered! It was all clear after speaking to the GM! He didn't care and could not be asked. He is the one training his staff...Lousy boss with no ethics will ha e staff who will be the same. Very very disappointing.I would not ho there ?
This used to be a good place to grab dinner. The Quality of the food and service has dropped off a LOT! More like fast food joint now. We were served dinner in greasy paper bags and plastic trays. For the price of the food here, there are much better choices in the area. Green beans were good. Rice was hard and dry, food greasy. Menu items are limited, staff was impatient. They acted as if it was a chore to take our order. I wont be back....
Omg I really do love this place, the food is awesome and the prices are a little high for me but worth it cause it’s so good. The building is always clean the employees I deal with are always are really respectful to my husband and I. Only thing I wish they would do is have more of a verity of teas to choose from, like if they had some chia or bubba tea I would be all over that.But do be warned if you order the small dumpling soup your only going to get two dumplings.
They have one gluten free meal that is tasty, it's the Pei Wei original shrimp.
I'm sick of American Chinese food. Ingredients: Sugar, Sugar, honey, sweetener, more sugar, a little meat and noodles. Food should not be so damn sweet

Typically I love the firecracker chicken at Pei Wei, however this visit was the exception. The chicken pieces were tiny, the breading was burned, and the overall lunch was ‘not great’.
