My pizza was delivered hot and very well done just like I ordered. The driver made sure I had enough parmesan cheese and red peppers. Outstanding customer service every time I order.
I ordered spicy buffalo wings. It is like they just poured a tiny amount of sauce on them right before they went out the door. It should have been placed in a bowl and tossed to cover the entire wings. Majority of wings had no sauce and underside had no sauce at all. Very disappointed and a total waste of money. It seems they were just being lazy to send food out that way. Papa John’s is usually our go to but not anymore.
The delivery suxs…. It’s been over 1hr and STILL no delivery! Been on hold to check the status of order over 15 min. NEVER AGAIN. Now a pizza will deliver as I have to leave for work! UPDATE: it’s 34 degrees outside and it was left at my door. The pizza is so cold I could throw it and bust a window! Don’t kno how long it’s been there.
BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE EMPLOYS A VERY CREEPY DELIVERY DRIVER!!! His name is Jerry or something that starts with J. He came to my door last time and got very creepy and confrontational over pizza and threw it on the ground about nothing!! He might be Mentally Unstable so BEWARE. He drives a silver truck and he kept circling around our house at 3.am every night for weeks!!! We felt very creeped out and PAPA JOHNS did nothing about this employee being there so I think he still works there!!
My first time eating pizza from Papa John's,I was exciting being 65,now 66 ....lol but was disappointed?...not enough toppings!it was like 4 to5 pepperoni on each slice and even the sauce taste like tomatoe,sauce not pizza sauce.want be going there again#this 65 woman is no longer curious !!
Some of the best service you will ever find at a pizza place. They handled our order extremely well.
This place messed up our order and wouldn't even refund us. In fact he hung up as we were trying to solve the issue. Ended up having to drive 30 mins to actually get my order fixed. Would not recommend. The food here is pretty gross and dry. Worst papa John's I ever visited.
Horrible, unfresh. I order online and it was delivered in 15 minutes. No way, since I'm 10 minutes away from store. It was a pizza that had been laying around, no way to run a business
Been ordering at this location since it has opened and luckily it's great! Have never had any issues with carryout or delivery. Have always recieved great customer service ?
Stood outside in the rain for pizza, they never showed up. So We just ordered Pizza Hut.
