This is what showed up last night from delivery. We ate it because I didn’t have any other option at 7:30 to feed the kids. Just sucks to get a pizza looking like this.
Placed an order and estimated pickup time was 15 minutes. I was there in 20. Waited inside for a few minutes and was told my order wasn't even in the oven. Skip this Papa Johns and go somewhere else.
The manager is TERRIBLE!!! Rude, mean, literally like a 14 year old when trying to talk with him…. Also delivery never showed up… they said it was going to take over an hour to get the next pizza out.
Ordered a pizza, the driver apparently thought I lived at that Papajohns and left the food in front of the store rather than the address I put on my order?? The driver also said they called me multiple times(my phone never ranged). I called their listed number twice and I left them a voicemail, before I got this delivery notification.
Their website was down so I had to call in the order, which routed me to someone who I believe was in the Philippines or some other SE Asia country. The deals on the website aren't available when you dial in, which makes no sense, so even after adding a discount it was still more expensive and took close to 10 minutes to order two pizzas based on how many times I was put on hold.
Pizza delivery never showed up. Ol boys in red left me hungry during late night study pow wow.
It was excellent - unfortunately. A 5 mile jog should do it. Great job with the food, though, guys.
Just order from them online and it looks like my pizza was just being thrown around! Waste my money for something like this!
The quality of the food was inconsistent, and a couple of the people that worked at the counter were ill-mannered.
Should have read the delivery reviews before ordering. Food was late and cold. Also don’t bother putting special instructions like call instead of knocking for late night delivery. Joke of a store.
