We went specifically because of the vegan gluten free options and we were completely impressed. Yes it was incredibly expensive, but for a once in a while treat I highly recommend it.What impressed me most was the crust being so soft and the homemade cheese.The servers were very helpful, polite, and the service was surprisingly fast.
This is the one Italian eatery that our whole family can eat at. Their gluten free, and cauliflower pizza are delicious! For those of us that can eat regular pizza it is definitely delicious.
I love Paolo's but every cafe is not created equally. This one is being run almost exclusively by teenagers so it feels chaotic all the time. It was sort of clean but their drink machine was broken and the guy ringing me up didn't actually say so until he had already charged me for a fountain drink. It was nice that it wasn't crowded but it was also a Saturday night so it probably should have been. I suppose there wasn't anything inherently wrong here. It was just a stressful experience.
Great pizza. Terrible fountain drink machine broken. High prices. Restroom always locked.Not really worth going back.
I had to make a last minute catering order for a family that had lost someone. I called Palio's and they got it done within a few hours. So considerate!!!

Just so-so. First it’s not NY style which I prefer. The “thin and crispy” crust was thin but far from crispy. The crust itself was fairly tasteless. I think the bread should taste good. Not just be there to hold the cheese. There was hardly an tomato sauce. This was my first time ordering from them. Wasn’t bad but will not likely ever try them again. On the plus side the delivery was super fast.
The veg pizza was so light and crunchy. Baked mac and cheese is a must try. The bread accompanied with mac was the best I have ever had
Had friends over from Ft Worth today for lunch. They had never eaten Palio's Pizza. Purchased a large cheese and a large Grace's Alfredo. They loved it. Thanks for making me look good and impressing my friends Palio's Richardson!!!
