First of all, I am in love with Nestlé toll House. This is my second time visiting the store but my first time visiting this location. I was in and out in about five minutes only because someone was in front of me, but the service was very quick and the cookies were fresh! Here I ordered the chocolate chip minis as well as a regular chocolate chip cookie as well as a snickerdoodle cookie, which is now my favorite cookie to get at Nestlé toll House!
Went in for cookies with a toddler I was baby sitting he was so excited to get cookies…. We walked in and all the employees looked annoyed/ didn’t welcome us1- just starred. It was a very awkward experience.The cookies we purchased were dry and stale instead of soft and chewy.I don’t know if it was just an off day for the place…

Customer service was great but I think I do better buying the cookie dough myself and baking them at hm. Each time I've found myself seeking out to purchase the so called well made cookies, I would've hoped to be more than pleased yet once opening the container and partaking a treat, I was utterly disappointed in the distasteful manner the treats were over baked in. Although, the paninis were pretty good..I still won't be coming back to the establishment anytime soon.

This site is so much more than what you'd expect!! Lunches, drinks and recently they even catered dog themed cookies and cupcakes for a party we hosted. Far and away exceeded my expectations.
Cookies are delicious and they have smoothie bowls that I need to try out.
