this is the holy grail of mcdonalds. i work overnight shifts and frequently have to get food delivered for my lunch break. despite being open 24 hrs, other locations have gone completely unresponsive, making me wait 30+ min before i figure theyre all asleep and i have to cancel. this location, however, is ALWAYS on point even if its 3 am. they never mess up my order, never leave me waiting, never overlook my requests, never forget a straw. they have even managed to have chocolate-meltingly warm cookies!! i did get the pleasure of being able to use drive thru midday once and they were pretty fast, plus nice enough to compliment my hair. y’all’re rad.

Every McDonald's restaurant has both excellent and bad reviews. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I see this location as one of the VERY BEST LOCATIONS in recent months. I don't go in there with an attitude, and the managers know me well. They go out of their way when I order my food. I am not good with names, (except for one person) but do know faces. I treat them with respect since I know they mean well, and will not waste my time. They treat me very well in return. Sometimes it helps to get to know the staff, recognize that nobody is perfect, and when appropriate, say please and thank you. It does not work everywhere, but a proper attitude and good manners can really increase the odds in your favor for getting the best service. Yes, there are places that I have experienced where no matter how polite you are, the management and staff just will not take the initiative to go the extra steps to be as good as they can be. A good example of that is right across the street. Such places like that should get rid of management and staff who don't perform their work up to good standards and have few morals. This McDonald's restaurant location is managed by a VERY NICE LADY, her name is Blanca. She is very nice, compassionate, and will do everything she can to help you. Just be polite and treat her and her staff right, and they will do the same for you. I can and do appreciate Blanca, and the drive thru expert named Sara, and the other hard working staff members.

First time going inside this McDonald’s- my little one seemed to enjoy this play place a bit more than the other locations we’ve visited so far. Everything we ordered was fresh & good. Staff made sure area was kept clean—— my only issue is the kids area really needs a thermostat or they need to set it to same temperature as rest of the restaurant- it’s incredibly hot in there. I mentioned to the front they turned on the AC & it’s made a huge difference but after a short while they turned it off again.Not sure if they did manually or maybe the machine isn’t working well.. not sure if I’ll chance it later in the summer as outside today was 96° & it definitely felt around 80 in the play area.

Hi great owner(s) of my favorite McDonald's in all DFW. I have been coming to this one McDonald's for 2 years since I arrived in DFW area two years ago. I truly enjoy your staff's wonderful service and service with a smile. I have always received great service in the past from a lady named Evelyn. But I recently have been receiving awesome and great customer service from Harvest, Adrian, Julie, Veronica, Jaden, Aileen, Luis, Roberto, and Marco. I even had a wonderful chance to talk with regional or district manager Ronnie on my latest visit and he was both caring and pleasant. The high school/college student employees are just terrific and they greet me with excitement and joy. They really make me feel like a valued customer. I love their positive vibes, their good energy. You have a super amazing team here.I have one thing I would like to see at your McDonald's and that is a Tip Jar. Last week I wanted to tip the great team $5 and they said that I could not tip them because tips are not accepted. Please change this policy so that the team can receive a little financial thank you and reward for a job done excellently well and over and above. Please do this for your lifetime customer Chris Wyatt and many others who love your McDonald's and your 5 star staff -- and would love to reward the consistently great service.Thanks for your time and consideration.I just love the Richardson Campbell Road McDonald's team ?????????

I decided to do breakfast here for a change. When I went through the drive-through, it was a long wait before they acknowledged me and took my order. Then after someone took my order, someone asked for my order again. When I got it, they gave me hot chocolate instead of coffee. I'm done.

I waited in line for 45 minutes i stuck and couldn’t get out the line! I get home and my fries was old and my meat in my burger was old and red! The to top it off i found a beetle embedded in my bun! I thought it’s a burnt sesame seed but it was a beetle! Never eatin there again! I’ve called 10 times no answer!

Super slow. I waited about 20-30 minutes at the drive thru menu waiting to give my order and thats because I ordered through the app already. And took another 15-20 minutes to get to the window. Either they are short handed or really slow. Atleast our food was fresh

If I could I would give zero stars. Why hire someone non speaking English employees. I repeated my order 5 times again at window and even though I asked for an English speaking personnel; we still got our order wrong.

I was the only customer in the store. Ordered nuggets and fries. They ask me what sauce and don't put em in the bag. I just don't understand. Don't matter who it is there, it's always something with these guys at this location. I couldn't be that absent minded if I tried. Hope you guys heal. SmhAnd it's kinda lame how, as you can tell, management doesn't address anything or any issues brought to attention here. And that's why this location will always be below mediocre and at a stand still.

All McDonalds just sale fast food with antibiotics... Not good for health. It is good if you are hurt form your pocket and you don't care about yourself.
