I made a mobile order for this location and for some reason, my device was not registering my location so I could not check in. The app told me to give them my order number. After talking with several people, no one had any idea what I was talking about and kept insisting that they may not have had my order yet and that I had to wait for them to get it. After 10 minutes, the manager finally looked in the computer and saw that my order was already there the entire time. All she had to do was "receive" the order.Oh, by the way... why are all your drinks $1 but your Strawberry Fanta is $5? Seriously?
Our order was wrong, and when we were telling the manager what we wanted vs what we got she looked confused and couldn't get that we wanted a large sprite not large fries . The difference wasn't but like a dollar and some change but she handed us 4 dollars as a refund. SCORE;!! That's about the only good thing that came out of that visit. Didn't even hear me when I said extra mayo and extra pickles on my sammich.?
I like to get the happy meals for my niece. she eats the food and I collect all the different toys it come within. Awesome ??
The employees are always great. The food is fresher than I've encountered at other McDonald's...nice lobby.Would recommend.
I used the rest room and when I found the 2 soup machines are not working. I talked to the casheir about it because I know this is a serious problem in any foodservice establishment because it is related to customers' safety. That means, any food handler in this branch does not wash his/her hand after using the restroom. This casheir talked to the manager and she did not care. So, how can I trust this branch in terms of safety. Please take action!
The McDonald’s on Centennial Night Shift locks the door early if they think I’m coming I don’t buy nothing from McDonald’s but coffee they said that Laura the store manager said don’t serve me but Laura said nothing like that to me and Laura and I had a great talk and Laura told me that she told them to serve me also one of the managers Racial profiled my husband and said that he was another black man that came in and threw food at them I just want people to know the truth about the Night Shift in Richardson on Buckingham and Centennial The morning shift is excellent the only night shift manager that shows compassion leader ship and listens is Bella I watched a whole family eat while I walked door to door trying to get fresh coffee ☕️ it saddens me that they can’t handle coffee I hope this location stops hiring anybody and starts to hire better trained supervisors it’s two different stores in the morning to night
I try not to eat fast food often but when you do you want to get your moneys worth. I got a meal and shared with my daughter so I made the meal a large. The large container was laid horizontal in the bag. When we sat the box up and out the bag this is what we saw. Disappointed that they are allowed to increase their prices and cheat us out our food. Definitely charged us for a large meal but gave us small/medium food.
Always get from the kids menu you cannot go wrong with this and if you feel like eating a Big Mac just tell him to give you a double and change and put that secret sauce that goes on the Big Mac and you're getting a Big Mac for or less price got to love it
Go to this location pretty often they're the best one around my area I don't have to stay the night in line waiting for my order ?
DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE. The service for curbside is absolutely unacceptable. The employees hand the food to you without confirming your order half the time and walk off before you can even make sure you have everything! Today was the last straw. They forgot two drinks and our food was mangled inside the bag. This is ridiculous guys.
