Good milk tea. Bad at identifying milk tea vs tea for some reason. I ordered Thai Milk Tea. What was delivered TWICE was Thai Tea. I like milk tea and that's what I ordered. Who is working there that put a milk tea label on these non milk drinks? Very disappointed. I gave them two chances. At least I got a refund. But I've kinda lost faith in getting delivery from them.
It is a nice place to sit and study while drinking their delicious bubba teas. The number of flavor combinations is astounding. The seating is comfortable and they have free Wi-Fi for paying customers. The reason for the 3 stars is that the machine with which they make hot beverages was broken, and I love hot teas and beverages even in the summer.
Customer Service was terrible. Girls standing in a circle talking amongst themselves when we first walked in, no welcoming of any kind to the store which this was our very first time. The girl who took our order was literally texting on her phone as she was taking our order. To worried to get back to her phone Rushing us on our order by saying “is that it?” After we ordered one thing, mind you we are a group of 3 people and two people still needed to order. We ordered two drinks, and they were on their phones while one took breaks from her phone to make our drinks. We were the only people in there waiting for our drinks and it took 10 mins to get them because they were too busy on their phones texting and showing each other stuff. When we left, received no “thanks for stopping by, or come back and see us again” because two girls were busy hunched over the counter on their phones and another was in the corner sitting down on her phone. Customer service is sadly going downhill these days.The one star is for the drinks only. They were delicious.
One of the cleanest and delicious cafe in town, love their strawberry coconut ice cream. Great service friendly staff.
I wasn’t expecting it is that goooood!!!! I came before the opening hours, but they welcomed me warmly. I ordered “Hot Medium Roast Cafe Sua Da”, and it’s really GOOOOOD ?!!
Really good bubble tea and other drinks. Tried the McKinney location and it was somehow better, even when ordering the same drinks.
Absolute best taro smoothie. I always get the coconut taro smoothie with boba. I have gotten this at least a dozen times, and it never disappoints. Love that the taro has real chunky taro pieces and the boba taste so good. The frozen smoothie has the perfect consistency.
Love the drinks. Only problem was the girl on the register grabbed the cup with her fingers inside. Had to ask for a new cup and she was confused. Its really unsanitary if your handling cash and cards and also making that a habit.
Love the mango green tea and mangonada . fruit tea is delicious. Vietnam coffee is good
I love magic cup! Everything is fresh! Drinks are refreshing, but tons of variety of choices! I highly recommend the mango
