I do not reward terrible customer service. I went last week with my daughters and received a boba that did not taste good(green tea) at all and when she went back to tell the employee about the terrible taste experience the employees said that there's nothing he could do about it and that all of the green tea bobas taste terrible like that. The employee refused to refund or give a different drink and for that I shall not return to this location. You have just lost a customer who frequented your location once or twice a week speeding on avg $30 per visit or more. You got to ask yourself was the $5 drink worth losing over $100 in business a month. all you had to do was change the drink or give me a refund. #formersupporter #dfwfoodie
Normally this is the spot they have good chicken and bomb drinks, but this time they messed up, my sister ordered a classic matcha milk cap but it tasted like grass and sadness. When we went back to tell the place to ask for a refund or another drink they said they couldn't, then they said we don't use sugar but that was not the problem the problem was it was powdery and had no milk. I watched them put no milk?. Now we went home dissatisfied and mad with the drink we received.??
The drinks are good but the behavior of the employee was bad. The girl with long hair, pink pants, work at 2:30 shift today was rolling her eyes at us and didn't say thank you even when the store was not busy.
The worst boba ever. I drink tons of boba tea in many places including this place. Today, i am back to order cocoa cream wow which is the best before. So disappointed, I think this place used old boba which made from the day before. Boba is not fresh, it is dry, firm. Never comeback
I ordered a winter melon black tea and tell them I don't want any sugar on my tea!! They said ok! The drink came out extremely sweet and they told me the winter melon is the flavor syrup lol.....I guess syrup and sugar are totally diffrent thing. Good job ??
I was having a bad day, I kept making my own mistakes and honestly Yadav's customer service made me like this location. Just cause of past experiences with the workers at this location and he really made my day and his female coworker who made my order twice after I messed up was really nice too. I really appreciated that
The assorted chicken here is fresh as promised and tastes great when we came here for the first time! Their chicken sandwiches and fries are outstanding! Plus I am impressed with there selection of drinks. I had the Thai Milk tea which is good and look forward to trying the other milk teas.
They just recently changed their prices. The deluxe sandwich combo is advertised as $9.69 on the menu, but when getting wrung up, it was actually $14.04 (the server said it was a recent corporate change, but oops forgot or didn’t care to update the menu), plus tax. That’s a 45% increase in price! Not even inflation is that high. I would not recommend this location unless you want to get price gouged. It also took a long time to get my food. Another customer who was there at the same time remarked to me, “Expensive and slow.” I won’t be going back!
Great food but on the food end they're insanely slow. Even mobile orders ya gotta order about 15 minutes ahead of time.
The brown sugar milk tea bobas we received tonight were practically milk in ice with a hint of brown sugar. The boba was really fresh, squishy and delicious though so I added a star to this review.
