So, I gave up ordering online for a while because they kept getting my orders wrong or missing items. No, they are just canceling my online orders. I give up, won't be going back. Time for Dunkin' Donuts I guess***Update, been a week and still haven't received refund on 2 orders I placed and never received. DO NOT TRY ONLINE ORDERING Their customer service is horrible and website hours are wrong!!
I was fully prepared to come on here and write a bad review because I had a bad experience on Sunday. But the manager had great customer service skills and really made up for it.The store hours haven’t been updated so the website allowed me to order while the store was closed, which was really upsetting. But this location has a great manager and knew how to apologize and make up for the situation. Will be coming back.

The rudest service or lack there of I have ever head, 7 30 in the morning, pulled on one door, locked, plenty of customers inside, pulled on the other door, locked, no signs or anything; finally a woman comes out telling me: we are taking care of these customers, otherwise we are closed....no reason, no sorry, nothing. Luckily there was another donut shop within walking distance.
Great experience. Outstanding customer service. Went in to try the cinnamon rolls and to see if I could get my birthday dozen. I have problems with the app. so the 2 counter people help out. The donuts and cinnamon rolls were a treat.
The donuts were hard.. I took one bite & was grossed out. I tried another bite of another donut and it was also old. They were also out of almost every donut. Disgusting & disappointing. Won’t return to this location again.
The hot and fresh sign is rarely on, and they don't really seem to open until at least a half hour after their published opening time on Sundays.I really used to enjoy getting donuts here, but I've kind of given up.
Let me be the first to say I love these donuts so much on a Saturday night that I take my own time to look up online that the store is open. The website states that the inside is closed but the drive thru is open til 11 p.m. I WASTED over an hour of my time, gas and disappointment to take a longgg drive at 710 pm to find out the drive thru is NOT open. The site also states that these hours were updated a week ago. I am soooo upset on so many levels.
The staff were super sweet! They made the drinks really nicely too! Some of the Krispy Kreme I’ve been to don’t make it as good! Loved it!
I am so sad! This was my place for cream filled donuts, and warm donuts in the am. Well, not any more! Last 2 times I was by there they were closed. Then today they were open but no cream filled. There machine was broken so no fresh warm donuts. Just 2 cold hard stale donuts. Then when you walk in they did gives you a free donut. Not any more. What happen to my Krispy Kreme????
