Just order the tuna sandwich, these guys are very skimpy on the tuna ??????That sandwich minus well had been the veggie sandwich, these guys are lucky I had some where to be, or I would had went back and demanded a refund. From the looks of the other reviews this isn't a good location. I definitely should had read the reviews first, so if you're reading this, take heed and don't go here.
Jimmy Johns is my favorite sandwich shop. I visit the Renner location regularly. Today I stopped by and no one as wearing a mask! I don’t like food preparers not wearing masks!! I’ll not return.
They said that they ran out of bread even though they had loaves on the rack. I had to go somewhere else for lunch.

Normally good, but today at dinnertime it took forever to get our sandwiches. Also the bread was extremely burnt and bitter on the bottom, where it's actually a pain to bite through because of how hard it is. Picture of burnt bread attached.
horrible customer service 3 locations argue over what delivery zone I'm in even though this location had delivered to me twice before
I drive an extra 30 minutes one-way to come here instead of going to the one in Wylie which is only 10 min from the house.

It was the worst dry sandwich with no lettuce hardly any meat. I wanted a tuna wrap although they have tuna sandwich s and wraps they said no. Unbelievable the worst place EVER o. Tiny sandwich
Absolutely terrible with over an hour on delivery and after having to call 3 time to get them to actually answer their phones the kid has the nerve to cop an attitude with me. Never again this location should be shut down.
