I was greeted rudely by Stacy im unsure if she was on a substance legal or illegal but her first words were cash or card with attitude. She seemed unpleasant and unprofessional to her coworkers whom were kind and helpful. Stacy lacks communication skills and should not interact with customers. I was happy to pick up my order ontime but her presence ruined it. Stacy desperately needs to control her substance abuse and needs training on communication.
It was good. Sandwich ? was kind of put together sloppy with much of the ingredients falling out of the side. I think they were training somebody new..I am sure I'll be back, everybody is new somewhere, every day.....
The sandwich tasted good and was quick. Good alternative to a burger. Had the roast beef on regular bread, although they have a good mix of other meats on the menu.
Straight forward, timeless sandwiches served here that you'll always want...without the hoopla and multi-million ad campaigns like their competitors. My new found lunch place!
Terrible delivery right now. Don’t order a delivery, just save time and pick it up yourself. This is owned by a franchisee and corporate can’t help. 1.5 hours for a sandwich delivery is insane and they know it. Turn off delivery options and just be honest with customers. I ordered at 11:20am and it arrived at 12:50pm.
I ordered a sandwich for delivery and it took over an hour to be delivered. I understand labor shortages but I tried to call the restaurant twice. Nobody picked up at all. Very disappointing to not even be able to contact anyoneEdit:Manager reached out to me with an explanation and his sincerest apologies. This location took my money and gave me no food! And has not given back my money! I ordered from yhis place all the time NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered 28$ worth of food to be deliverd. They promtly took the 28$ out of my bank and over an hour later I still had not re ieved the food, though this place is 1 mile from my home. I said I can go pick it up but she said its already on the road but cant tell me how much longer. So I cancelled the order due to needing to leave for work. They have still not refunded my money and told me they "dont do refunds" and that I can have "a store credit" I dont want anything from your store except my money! This is theft I have been robbed by Jimmy Johns on Campbell!!! They left me on hold for 37 mi utes when I asked to talk to the manager. Then disconect my call when I call back. This is straight out theft and horrible customer service
I used to order here all the time and the Delivery was great, but lately this place has been slacking. Last week i ordered regular jimmy chips and was given bbq chips instead and the driver took well over 45 minutes to drive a sandwich less than half a mile away. When I called the store to find out why i recieved bbq chips and not what i orderd, i was told "we are giving everyone bbq chips, because we are out of regular chips". Then i ordered again today and my order was an hour late and delivered to the wrong suite. The only reason i knew that info was because i called the store, or else i wouldnt of had any lunch. I understand times are hard, but how hard is it to read the order and deliver to the proper address and suite.This place needs to get back to its basics of getting orders right and being "Freaky Fast"
They're really fast, and the quality is good. Right off of the highway. Very busy at lunchtime.
