WILL NOT BE BACK!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR AT THIS LOCATION. SOMEBODY PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I went in yesterday 6/2/2022 @ around 5 pm with my 7 yr old daughter and the 2 employees (1 girl and 1 boy) were screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs so loud that I had to keep repeating my order. I believe they were on drugs and they were tweaking. It was so loud and obnoxious. I have this on video. The boy kept screaming at the top of his lungs "Mommy, I'm scared, Mommy. I'm scared..." and it made my daughter extremely uncomfortable. This type of behavior is unacceptable and for that I will never be back. JIMMY JOHNS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! I have video of this extremely obnoxious behavior. I felt like calling the police.
This Jimmy johns left my food on the ground in the hot Sun for almost an hour. I wasn’t notified that my food was her by knocking on or ringing the door bell. Also I’m the app it didn’t say it was delivered. When I called to complain the worker hung up in my face. When I asked for them to come get the food and give me a refund the manager refused. This same Jimmy johns also brought me a sandwich with someone’s hair in it as well. May want to use the one on Campbell.
Went to this Store to get something to eat and they have the rudest girl in the cashier, felt super discrimination by this person. If she was my employee I would've fired here on the spot!!! Literally no body in the store and greeted this person she wouldn't even reply, would never go to this store again. Store owner needs to clean up the person and fire her!! The worst customer service ever!!
I love this store ? because it always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful employee ? and the services is very fast I will recommend this store to all my friends and family great job guys keep up the great work ??
I understand being understafed but should not take over and hour to deliver up the road to husband's job and than acted like nothing is wrong. Everyone is understaffed but still get stuff done.
This location is closest to us and in our delivery zone, but I wish it wasn’t. They closed 5 hours early on a Sunday because they “ran out of bread.” How do you run out of bread at a place where your bread is made in house? Sounds more like a management issue of not making enough to adequately prepare for the day. They also said they were only out of French bread so they couldn’t make my one sandwich (the other was wheat) then proceeded to cancel my order when I said wheat was ok for both. This franchise needs to get it together.
Great, quick service. Everyone smiled and greeted me as I came in. That goes a long way. And if course their food is great.
They have very good sandwiches and a tiny delivery area. Lol
Had Jimmy John's today and was very disappointed on the paper thin slices of cold cuts I received on my samich! I guess that's a good way to cut cost and raise prices.
