I work in the area I go here 2-3 times a week. I'm addicted. This is by far the best JM's in the area. Believe me I tried a few. Their apricot peach sweet tea is AMAZING! other JM's don't have it, the excuse I'm given is owner doesn't want to spend the money. Um what??? The owner at this location even offered me the name of the supplier to make the tea at home. The owner work's the counter and make sandwiches pretty often. He's cool! Love this place.
Fast location, ordered online for pickup and it was ready and hot when I arrived.Excellent preparation, food was just how I ordered it, delicious.Great quality food and service. I like the pickup counter, no need to wait.

Good subs BAD attitude.Asked for the sandwich makers name and the cashier lied to me. Asked if the number called the store, he said no and lied...Refused to give owners name.

Signed up for there reward program went there for my free birthday sub ..and had to pay for it ...the manager on duty was rude worst experience ... Worst part sub sucked ...
Walked in 10 minutes til closing and got excellent customer service! That’s what I’m talking about! Everyone had good attitudes! My sandwich was fresh and delicious. The bread is always hard close to closing at other locations and here the bread was fresh. I loved it so much I had to leave a review! ? Thank You!!
Ordered curbside, pulled up and hit the "I'm here" button. After waiting 10 minutes I called. Was informed they did not know I was there, and they had a lot of customers and no manpower, so I would have to wait or come inside and get it. I decided to go in and get it. I could clearly see 4 employees, with 2 of them not helping customers. Wish I could have taken back my tip. Not once did anyone apologize or even thank me for my order. There are other Jersey Mike's...will not be going back to this location. Two stars because the food was good.
Great sandwiches with lots of meat. Staff and service is always good. I like the club and tuna Mike's way. Mini sub is plenty for me.
Jersey mike overall is better compared to majority sandwitch spots.This location has the best manager.
