I walked in promptly upon entry, Eloisa and Sharmae greeted me with smiles and asked me how’s my day going. We chatted briefly and they were so kind and friendly, Eloisa and Sharmae are a huge reason why I keep coming back to this location! Thanks for being awesome ladies
Online ordering does NOT work.Ordered 2 sandwiches online at 12:13 pm using ASAP timing. Email receipt stated they would be ready at 12:28. Arrived at 12:28. Bag was ready with my receipt and napkins, otherwise empty. I was told the sandwiches were not ready. Staff then continued to take and fill orders for people 6 people that were in line, plus 4 more that came in after me. They finally started my making order during a lull 12:40. Save yourself some time and frustration by going in and ordering. It will be quicker.
We arrived at the location at 8:25pm. When I asked the young lady working how she’s doing today, her response was ‘I’m alive.’ I told her that’s a good thing, and she sullenly replied ‘For some people’. She took our order and started the sandwiches while her coworker remained in the kitchen in the back. She half made our two and then completed the one for the customer behind us. She left all three sandwiches in various states of completion and went to the register while her coworker came out to finish them (so I had go repeat my order for him…and he displayed the personality of a brick). We got our soda cups and chips, and I chose a table while MDP completed the transaction. As the female employee finished with our payment, she called across the store to me ‘you can’t eat in here…we’re about to close’. It was 8:35, and the posted store hours are until 9pm. We left, but it would’ve been nice to have been told that we were unwelcome before we ordered. The young woman was obviously having a bad day, but we were in no way unkind, rude, or demanding in our transaction. We won’t be back. If this is the same franchise owner as the location in Lucas, you should have your Lucas staff train your Richardson people. Lucas is always friendly and go above and beyond. These two employees were a disgrace!
Last night I went in, I was the customer behind Amy(who also left a review right before me) and her husband. I thought it was strange that the girl who was working interrupted Amy’s order to start taking mine. The guy who put the toppings on my sandwich seemed annoyed the whole time. Lastly I saw the whole interaction between Amy and the girl worker, and I completely side with Amy. If your sign says you are open until 9 then the lobby should be as well. I would have liked to sit down to eat my sandwich, but didn’t want to be kicked out like Amy was. Once I exited the building at 8:35 ish they quickly turned off the lights to let everyone know they were closed. What if I had shown up at 8:40 would I just be denied service? Even though your sign said 9:00. Hopefully management talks to these employees and resolves this.
The customer service was garbage I asked for a mini sandwich the young lady makes a regular sandwich saying she doesn't have a mini I explained to the kid ringing up my order I should not be charged for the product because you don't have it ready at 8pm which is regular dinner rush hour. After telling he's over charged me he acted like he didn't know how to do a refund or cancel the order and make a new one and didn't have a name tag on either sloppy dressed unprofessional employees. Zero customer service skills. Very very disappointed.
Delicious subs, you can personalize them any way you want, they have the right price, attention is good.

took the lady 15 minutes just to make two subs for the people in front of us. Then a guy came in for pickup after we have been in line for 20 minutes and she had to make his sandwich before ours. They need to pickup the pace or get more people making sandwiches, we ended up just leaving.
The number 13 original Italian on rosemary bread, done Mike's Way, with oregano, black pepper, and if you're like me, no salt. Authentic flavor! Needs to be on everyone's bucket list, to try at least one time!!!
