This is a really good Jason's Deli! The manager (lady with blonde hair) is very welcoming and funny and has a great shtick with customers. The location is very clean and appears to be kept in top shape. My favorite is their famous salad bar, and this location's did not disappoint. Extremely fresh, bright, and flavorful selections of all the veggies and toppings. I will gladly be back and highly recommend!
Ordered on the app twice and both times I've had issues when picking up my order. 1st time I waited 15 minutes after "order ready" and 2nd time was brought wrong order curbside, waited 5 minutes to have someone retrieve order but decided to walk it in and get my order which they hadn't even started yet. Had to pay again since my online order was "lost and refunded". Guessing 3rd time will be the charm. Not sure if I'll give them a 3rd try!
I mostly go here for the soups and I must say they are pretty decent. The chicken chili was no longer on the menu so I had to.do the turkey chili over all not to bad. The only reason for the 4 stars is the double charge. By the time I realized it I was to far away. But I will certainly continue to visit Jason's Deli
Love Jason's! Was very surprised at the inattentiveness of the staff. I counted 14 employees (counting the manager and the 3 employees chatting in the office. The cashier took my to go order quickly. (I was the only customer waiting to be served.) The line team member made my order in about 3 minutes. She placed it on a tray and in the window to be bagged. Not less than 6 team members walked past it and ignored it. 2 even looked at it and ignored it. After 10 minutes, I asked the original cashier about my order. He promptly gave it to another employee that bagged it and brought it out to me. I did not receive the extra napkins that I requested, nor any utensils until I asked for them. Wasted half of my break, waiting for my food. I don't know what you're going to do when you get busy.
Very disappointed with the customers service. On the day of my visit it said they closed at 10:00pm but it was more like 8pm. When arrived 8pm they were already cleaning up/closing the salad bar. It was very hard to serve/make a salad when all the salad, toppings and dressing where put up in the countertop to clean. It took the lady almost the 2 hours to clean the salad bar because she wad talking to another employee and taking her time. I was there probably form 8pm to 9:20pm, and never seen a Jason deli clean up the salad bar 2 hours prior to closing.
Always good food. One of my favorite take-out items are bowls of their broccoli cheddar soup. Be sure to order the garlic toast to go with it for the full experience!
I am quite impressed on this place. I am not a sub fan; however, this makes me appreciate that this fast food got a lot of choices, clean, and fresh salad bar. I like to look at how their crew clean so often and quite confident to eating raw food outside my kitchen. Keep it up and you’ve got a new customer here! People try this place and you will be amazed how their crew are so friendly and happy to serve its customer with respect!
I’m the first person to recommend Jason’s Deli to folks because I love the food. This location has some Major communication gaps that need attention. In the few months they’ve been open, half of my order (11 trips) have been wrong. Wrong sandwich entirely, never got my soup, no tea at the drive thru even though I paid for them. It is disappointing and will likely keep me from returning so soon.
Go to a different Jason’s Deli! Have been here 2x and each time they have either messed up my order or I didn’t receive my full order. I was really looking forward to the drive thru but I rather go elsewhere. Ordered mesa salad only thing correct was the chicken, cheese and lettuce. No corn, beans, avocado, or correct dressing on it. It looks like they just threw random stuff it. Maybe in the future I’ll return when they get it together.
My family was so excited that Jason Deli was coming we were counting down the days!!! We've ate here several times. Never has there been a issue but this is just an FYI they close at 10pm so we ordered a sandwich online with a pickup time of 9:30. When I arrived I wanted something else also. They informed me at 9:30 that they were basically closing. It was like aww sorry. They had already put the entire salad bar up and was cleaning. They were already moving the meats etc. Off the line. Now I understand you have to clean and close but it was still 30 minutes left. So if you want salads GET THERE EARLY because they shut a lot of stuff down early. If you close at 10 then all items should be available at least until 9:50. I was really shocked. I never had this issue at any other Jason's Deli.
