I decided to go to Jason's Deli today and to my surprise I got screamed at for standing by the desert case so unheard of!There was a two ladies standing at the register, but the older lady was on the phone taking an order. The other lady appeared to be busy as well, only to walk pass me twice and not acknowledge me as a customer. So, when a gentleman stood behind me because; we both were waiting on customer service, the lady appeared to be busy raised her voice at me in a ugly tone. I asked her was she okay. She then tries to play it off, by saying I lost my voice and then expected a tip! Let me be clear! Custom service is everything to me! I tip fairly well wherever I go, but this was situation with the lady who appeared to busy. I wouldn't dare leave a penny behind!
I come to Jason’s deli for one sandwich (for a very long time) They serve it with au jus. I know how the au jus is supposed to taste and it came watered down. It happens, but when I pointed it out, I witnessed some awful customer service as a result. The guy and the manager shrugged it off and made up a story about how it’s made. Both acted like it was unfixable. I worked at Jason’s deli as a youngster so I know the deal. Too bad, I won’t be coming to this location any longer.
I placed an order thru the app and my card was declined because I didn’t realize the card saved is an expired one and there isn’t a way to update it. When my son picked up the food he had the cc with him because I had already received a txt from my bank about the decline. But my son was treated poorly and told the card was declined very loud and rude. Also the broccoli cheese soup bowl was missing from my order. I’m working and can’t call resturant so I looked in the app and on the receipt for an email and there is none. This doesn’t make it easy to communicate with them. Very frustrating

Best sandwich in a month! Spot on in every way Kudos to the gentleman who leaned in and listened when I ordered then proceeded to nail my special requests!!
Can't get enough of their tomato basil soup with crunchy grilled cheese !! Mmm oh and free ice cream? Of course!

I'm a super Jason's Deli fan. Love their food. The service at this location was great however the portion on the food was ridiculously small. To the point that I had to order a second round. Unfortunately I won't be coming back to this location.
