I always go through drive thru unless if my friends and I want to relax. Some of my best memories made with this place and by far one of the best Jack's I've had. Service is always forward and prompt, this one manager lady I've seen for the longest is very direct and will be sure your order is out. Glad to see more night crew in for the summer, I understand the struggles of an understaffed fast food restaurant!
Waited for more than 15 minutes for two tacos and a soda. No bueno
Having the same experience as another review posted here, employee claiming the system was down at 4, i really wonder if its a coincidence if it happened to two people. please dont just copy paste a response and actually do something about this!!
Quick service. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. Mini tacos were so yummy!
I've been going here for years, same times around 3.30 am to 4. Used to be great but now they claim their "system" is shut down until 5 am. What a joke, I used to work at a JIB years ago. It doesn't take hours for the system to update. These people ain't tryna work and should be replaced. I have no idea where the awesome people I used to get food from went.
There was a young lady was there at this Jack in the box 11 at customers no good customer service I hate going I hate going there I feel like Johnny to give it up her if not I'll go make a cake make a complaints on the same lady
The food was good as usual but my order was incorrect. Probably won't go back to this specific one but others I will visit.
Customer service sucks. The last few times I went to this location, they have the same girl working the speaker (I always use the drive thru, mostly at night) she comes across as if she has better things to do and is customers, are wasting her time! But our food is always prepared correctly and hot!
This is a great place to eat if you're in need of a fast meal that great tacos great burgers and great chicken sandwiches. I love there miniature rose and their milkshakes and no chaser very good whipped cream and cherries.
This jack in the box is the worst ask for some chili cheese fries no cheese and no chili on the fries waisted all my lunch brake here in the driveway for this food I wouldn’t even rate them one star THE WORST WORST don’t have time to be driving back and forth
