Only 2 of the 6 tacos I got were even luke warm. The rest were stone cold. These aren't exactly good reheated and I didn't drive that far or wait that long in line. They just staged me some 4 hour old tacos...Considering the price increase I atleast would expect warmish food. Didn't have time to go back and argue for better ones.I used to work for Jack and they didn't let us serve cold food...Or stage food all evening and serve it old and gross.I know tacos are cheap but c'mon guys... such an easy thing to make...I could've waited 5 mins for fresh ones.?
I went on 3/4 at night, I asked the cashier for a cup of ice . The guys next to him told him he had to charge me for the CUP. So I got charged 2.59 for a cup of ice. I find it ridiculous being charged for basically water.
DONT COME HERE!!!! they are horrible at customer service. 30 minutes to get cold food and the wrong order this place is a disappointment every time.
It was goodJust I was to get more tacos ? ? but the chicken sandwich and the bacon cheese was good
It’s a good location I’ve gone there for a Few times, and they’ve never messed up any orders, and their customer service is good as well.
Be ready to warm your food up cause it more likely will be cold.You also might want to check to make sure they didn't give you old food. I made a mistake by pulling off without checking my order. Don't be like me.
Order the bacon cheddar it was great, also taken out for dinner, great staffing very pleasant and helpful. Delicious meals ?
I literally come to this jack in the box for the past 4 years, and here lately its like the staff literally does not want to work this is my 4th time trying to come to order and some employees make up so many excuses not to place and order. This is ridiculous just close this one down and carry on.
TODAY, I have made an order through mobile delivery, it came misses 2 sandwiches and a wrong order. I called the restaurant, the manager told me to come in person and show him that I really ordered and not a scammer, I asked him to provide him the order id and my name he refuses and insisted on me coming to the restaurant to prove it, well, I paid $10 extra for delivery and service fees because I have no ride and now he asks to pay another $20 just to prove to him I am not scammer instead of verifying my info. Later on, they said the manager has left and that I have to come tomorrow morning in-person to show them a receipt.We stayed without lunch after we were excitingly waiting for the food.I have never ever in my life witnessed such a poor customer service experience and a non professional manager.P.S: I have reached out to you in the link of contact but you are not responding or calling me.
It’s just as good as any other jack in da Crack, I would def be back , they also have a freestyle coke machine, service was MEHH
