Went here last night around 9:10 after my spouse got off from work. Pull up the the menu the guy was super slow coming back, I had to kept repeating my order because the rude fat boy at the cash register kept cutting me off. He then proceeds to tell me “ you gone have to speak up”, so I spoke up and he then proceeds to tell me “ you know what you can get out the line I’m not taking your order”. I was ordering a #26 loaded breakfast combo and had to kept repeating myself he was slow coming back. I pull to the check out window and he still gone say “I’m not taking your order”, so I asked for the manager and he gone say they’re not here until tomorrow.
Food was cold and disgusting! The tacos they provided were cold and appeared as if they have been left sitting out.Gross presentation as well ! It appeared as if my sandwich was stepped on! Not to mention the mere fact that a simple order request wasnt followed. Funny thing is my first job was at a Jack in the Box so I am aware how food is supposed to appear fresh and made to order and when it's old and or callously thrown together. Big difference between corporate and franchised own!
The worst service ever. Guy at the register was nice but didn't really know how things worked. I asked if I could get my chicken grilled instead of fried, something that is free in most places even other Jack in the box, and they charge $4 to do so.On Another visit, the table were dirty. All of them. I asked a woman for a towel to clean them and she went to GET ME ONE so I could clean it rather than her actually do it instead of a customer. Thankfully another employee saw this and most likely my reaction of utter shock and cleaned it.The store was empty we were the only ones there. Otherwise I would not have a problem cleaning my own table. I've worked fast food before so I know how stressful it can get when busy, but there's no way under any circumstance that we would have asked customers to clean their tables much less when it's just to keep gossiping behind the counter.To top things off, when the nice guy from the register asked her for the towel so he could clean it, she said that 'I should just use it like that' in Spanish and laughed. I don't look Mexican I guess, but I am. I was really upset by this point but chose to be polite. I just asked for my Mayo in Spanish so hopefully she knows I understood.Needless to say, if u can drive a couple of miles to the next Jack, do so
On the evening of March 22nd I went thru the drive thru and order was taken by young man. Wanted an order with no carrots, which we get maybe twice a week, and he tells me they don't serve it that way. Told him they do everytime we come here with no problem. Drove up to window and apparently he thinks it's funny. Got home with food and God knows where they got the chicken nuggets served...were not fit to eat. This is same kid have had problems with before. Husband and neighbors have had issues with him. Will not give anyone his name and he has no business working there with his bad attitude. Been coming since you opened but won't again with people like that! Sorry....I'm not one to complain but I've had it with his attitude towards customers.
Breakfast crunch wrap is amazing they never seem to surprise me how delicious it is . Dosent matter where you go it’s always made right !
Spent 10 minutes in line behind 2 other vehicles. When I finally got my order, a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, it was thrown together and barely warm. Poor service and mediocre food compared to basic customer service.
Opened late. Burgers were juicy but the curly Fries were cold.
When I came to order employees were laughing and after I stared my order they said they did not have tacos and did not offer me another product im taking this to corporate osha.
I'm so satisfied with this Jack first time every my order was right. I order cheeseburger with Secret sauce and they got it right. They didn't give me ketchup and mustard. It was just how I ordered it. Good job
Went there 1 hour and a half before closing. We waited on the drive thru for 10 minutes to order, there were employees inside but I guess they didn't wanna work.
