It’s so expensive now, $7.89 for large regular boba. If The price keep increased, I think they will not have much customer. I used to drink boba every week but now I don’t think I will afford this prices anymore.
Regular milk tea with only boba now cost $7. They keep increasing the price.
It’s very cute but I waited 30 minutes for my drink and even though I asked light ice they filled it up and gave me like 3 sips worth of tea lol def not going back and wouldn’t recommend

Gong Cha usually has good tea. This location though has bad customer service and does not partake in the points program. Overall bad experience, don’t plan on coming back here.
Their tea are fine but very bad customer service. The pretty girl with blonde hairs needs to learn to be nice to others. Event though your pretty face is covered, people can see your attitude through your eyes.
worst customer service. They made wrong orders. I will never come back.
First time at this location, I usually go to the one in Plano. Ordered 2 drinks and taste is the same, but wait time was dramatically longer. The vibe is not as friendly here. They had 2 people working and so it’s understandable. IMO, when you have customers waiting, you shouldn’t joke around and laughed too much. While waiting, numerous times they joke and laughed. Maybe it’s their 1st job. 1st world problem, I know. I’ll stick with Sharetea if I’m around this area.
Artistically done, peaceful place!!
Been here couples of time when I lived in Garland/Richardson area. Drinks are differently made from other Gongcha stores. Drinks was a bit bland comparing to other locations. Not recommended.
