Customer service is just so awesome. Darrell, hope I spelled that right, is the face of this location. Not a day I’ve come in and his attitude isn’t positive. He’ll make sure your food is looking good and fresh!
I stopped by the Camp Wisdom Rd store on my way home. I ordered the two piece catfish combo. This is what I received. I’m mad because I should have checked it before I left. Also, only in certain areas is this stuff even done. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this foolishness
Arrived at Golden Chick on Lavon in Garland Texas to pick up my order and store closed at 12 noon on Sunday 04/10/2022. Had ordered online the day before and paid $62.33. Was told by manger that store closed. Asked for refund and not given since I ordered online????????
Crew is amazing here. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The main cashier who is an older man always makes sure my food is fresh. Always has a professional attitude which isn’t quite common with today’s society. The crew working here deserves a raise. Thanks for what you guys do.
I had the catfish. It was good but the pieces were extremely small and not worth the price. I was still hungry when I finished
At Golden Chick it’s about the rolls not the chicken. Don’t get me wrong the chicken is good but the rolls are better. Recently, I went and they had no rolls and my chicken was a little under cooked. Long story short I had no rolls and no chicken. The service was good minus the food.
Daryl works the counter here and makes this place inviting for everyone. Today the okra was cooked perfectly and the tenders were too.
Terrible Terrible Terrible! Today I ordered & paid for 8 piece mixed which is supposed to be 4 pieces white & 4 pieces dark. I got back to the office & I had 3 pieces of white & 5 pieces of dark, & the short lady cashier never said I would be short one piece of white meat. To make matters worse, me & my coworkers tried to eat the chicken & it was extremely old & dry. I will never go to a golden chick ever again. I am contacting the corporate office about my horrible experience today.
Best fried chicken tenders anywhere. Good tasting veggies too.
In the drive thru, they have you pull forward into a handicap spot and wait another 7 minutes for your food. Soooo slow!
