I had not tried Firehouse Subs previously. I had a 'New York Steamer's which is a pastrami and provolone on a roll. Since it wasn't crowded, I expected pretty quick turnaround and was surprised with how long it took and also the cost. A mid-sized sandwich and a bag of chips was over $11. Unfortunately, when I opened it I found the bread to be very gummy. It also didn't have much meat, in my opinion. I hope they get everything worked out but I must say, I won't be back.

First time there and got the Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich. It was so delicious. The meat was cooked very well with great flavoring and the sauce and melted cheese on it was amazing. Also, I love the fact that a portion of sales go to help our first responders. They help us when we need it so let's help them.
In my opinion top 3 sub shops behind jersey mike's and whichever sub shop fills out that list for me. Always correct at any one I've visited and this store was no exception. Everything is always great and fresh tasting.

I always get the Meatball Sub with occasional pepperoni and jalapeños, great cashiers as well I like them quite a bit.
Firehouse, There Subs, are 10 times better than Subways,Twice the meat than subway for the same price or less.You have to it!!!
This is a great sandwich shop...kinda hard to get to....but worth it to me. Great day time staff ! I get the hook & ladder myself...yum!
Online lunch orders are often wrong. Since Covid this location gets worse and worse.
