Ok, SECOND time in a month I've ordered from here and it's taken OVER 2 HOURS TO GET MY PIZZA BOTH TIMES. Absolutely inexcusable. Ordered at 2 o'clock. It's now 4:10. I've called 3x and we're STILL WAITING.
Every time I order from this place they are always using their phones while packaging the pizza and touching it with their hands. Those young kids working there should be trained properly. Next time I order I will take a picture and uploaded.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst service I have experienced at any Dominos. If you want your food fast, save your time and order somewhere else. I ordered my food, and after waiting 2 HOURS to have it delivered, it ends up being the wrong order. When I called and complained, they said it would be another 2 hours before my issue was resolved. I would have better luck ordering from Papa Johns in Fort Worth next time. Not the mention the garlic knots are flat and drenched in who knows what kind of grease.Terrible place that should be ashamed.Save your money. Go somewhere else!!
Been waiting 10 mins on the phone and no one answered the phone, tried to place my order online the coupon didn't even work and then tried to start over with my order and they weren't even doing deliveries. I ordered Papa John's f dominos
Food isn't bad but it's also not great. I've ordered here through the years and it's always been decent. Recently it's been more disappointing, especially ordering delivery. Biggest complaint - the pizza takes so long to be delivered that when it arrives, it's not fresh. It's also frustrating to get updates that your pizza is finished but it still takes another 45 minutes to arrive. Tonight my delivery driver was "in my neighborhood" for over 20 minutes. I get that staffing issues are driving the problem but I'm just saying, for the price, you can easily find a better value that will be more satisfying.
Person taking orders what nice but when ordering a 8 piece boneless wings I was very disappointed at what I got. I wish I would of looked before I left cause I would not of paid for them
After dealing with the details of my fathers funeral the day before New Year's Eve, I wanted some comfort food. Of course I didn't feel like cooking anything. I was craving pizza. I hadn't ordered from Dominos in a few months because of another bad order in the past yet, I decided to give them another chance. I placed a $30 order and got a lukewarm but overcooked Brooklyn Style pizza with hardly any sauce and regular cheese. I asked for light cheese and regular sauce. It wasn't even prepared how I asked for it and wasn't cut so the pieces tore unevenly. & that's the few pieces we were even able to tear apart. The garlic parmesan bread twists had no parmesan, were cold, hard, and soaked in grease. It was horrible. After giving my negative feedback all I was offered was a medium 2 topping. THAT'S IT! If I pay $30 I guess I should just stick with Palio's, Russo's or Spin. 2 thumbs down ?
They are absolutely careless with the order. Thrice in a row they got my order wrong.First time they gave me a meat pizza when I ordered veg. Second time they forgot to add cheese to my pizza and just overloaded it with veggies and the third time they forgot to make my breadsticks and then got it wrong when they made it and then forgot the dips.Absolutely horrible drop in standards from a few months ago.
Domino's has fallen off big time. Tried to order online, horrible experience. Order was messed up so I called and had to sit thru robot asking if I wanted to apply for a job. Had to press 0 to talk to someone, which seems ridiculous since I'm calling to order pizza, no I don't want a job. Then I was lucky enough to go in and lady upfront was emotionless and rude, found out they no longer give out parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper. Next time I'm getting Papa Johns.
Tasha does not like her job. She is rude and a terrible manager. How do you guys mess up my order then get a attitude with me. Pizza tastes horrible also because the people that work there are not happy. Wish I could give this dominoes a zero star
