I've had two orders completely BURNTH! I believe this man has contaminated my pizza because of how cold, deformed and burnt it is. Something is telling me not to eat this pizza. The man whom took my order is very rude, nasty, and down right ugly spirited. He should not be working openly with the public. I asked him to make it lightly done. He hung up in face TWICE and said he can't help me. Ive called corporate, was provided a reference numer and his store going to be investigated. If I could give this location a negative 100 I would not recommend anyone to eat here.
This is the worst domino in town. Came in to pick up the order and one guy noticed but didn’t bother to check up with the customer. I ordered food here twice. The first time I paid for the extra sauce which they didn’t give it to me at all. The second time I order with bacon and chicken but they completely forgot to put bacon in. No one seems to bother with the customer until the manager shows up. Poor customer service
ORDER PIZZA HUT!!!!! I have ordered from this domino's twice now and there will not be a 3rd time. The first time I ordered two medium pepperoni pizzas. I received 2 cheese pizzas with extra cheese so thick it slid off the top of the pizzas and was a greasy pile in the corner of the box. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't replace them as they didn't have a driver available but they would give me a free medium pizza the next time I called in an order......because I want to have to call and talk to someone who can't hear and doesn't care when online ordering is a thing. Like that solves my dinner for tonight problem.Figuring this may just have been a bad day i gave them a second try now weeks later. The 2nd chance was just as if not more disappointing. I placed my order at 9:45. My order was done and in quality check at 10:03. My order did not leave the store for delivery until 10:58. For 55 minutes my pizza sat in some heating mechanism drying out. It arrived dry and cold at 11:10. This was on mother's day and I literally live 2 blocks from the restaurant. Also, neither time were the pizzas properly cut as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS OR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!
I called & placed an order for 2 large pizzas. They told me it will be 15-20 mins. I arrived after 15 mins, paid for my order and they said 12 mins. I went back in and they said 5 mins. I went back in after 10 mins and they told me its going to be another 25 mins. They didn’t put it in the oven because people don’t show up when they order over the phone. Seriously? Should have just told me to pay over the phone. I called you, gave you my contact info, came to your place, even paid for it and you are telling me you didn’t even put it in the oven? Wasted my time. Never going to this place again. Worse customer service!!!!
horrible customer service, long waiting time. the employees seem to have zero clue of what's going on, the one guy that seem to know a bit more was rude and disrespectful to other customers there was not one single customer in there that seem pleased, we all had the exact experience. do your self a favor and do digiorno instead. this place should just shut down or train their employees to do a better job. and not to mention the kid making the food is grabbing his phone watching videos while touching the pizza dough, yummy. overall it has been horrible experience and will never return.
This is the worst Domino’s ever. Every single time I order, there’s a problem. It’s unbelievable. Most recently was tonight. I ordered a pizza and they cancelled the order with no warning or explanation. When I finally called to find out what the deal was, they told me that they called the wrong number and left a message. And they act like I’m in the wrong for questioning them.I used to love Domino’s but my experiences at this store have been so bad that I don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again.Worst customer service ever.
I have been waiting on my order for 2 hours and it's still not here. Every time I order from this Domino's Pizza I have a absolutely horrible experience. If I didn't like their pizza so much I would never order again. If you have other alternatives I highly recommend another location.
Ordered online at 11:30, they close at midnite. Received a call immediately saying they are no longer taking orders. That’s ok. I respect the workers. I completely understand closing and going home. The problem is i won’t receive my money back for another 2-3 business days. This is the third time this has happened. Out of $30 and no food. I’ve given up on this location and I would NEVER recommend it
The Dominos on Plano Rd store #6928. lol i ordered my pizza an hour & 20 mins ago i called the store the guy didn’t even ask for my information but just said “it’s on its way” i say “okay well it’s been over an hour..” he responds with “we have a 3 hour delivery time frame at this location” & just hung up the phone soo yea i’m good on this location the customer service is poor
Tried to order pizza here. I live across the street. Informed them that I only had $100 bill. They said they couldn't deliver because they couldn't make change. That's understandable. A few minutes later the delivery guy is at the door with the pizza. I informed him of the situation and he attempted to make change but couldn't. Understandable. I called and asked could I just walk over and pick the pizza up.. They said yes. So I walk over at 11 pm and when I tell you I got the worst customer service ever..I walked in and the young man literally stared at me yawning. I gave my name then he slowly half sleep gets my order acting confused (mine was the only pickup order in the hot box) As if he has no idea why I would be there. Then he asks me "How many sauces did you want?"I told him just give me what I payed for. He obviously felt like I purchased too many sauces ( we like to buy extra just to have). Took him another five minutes to get the sauces. Meanwhile another young man is tidying up by living trash up off the floor ( receipts) with his bare hands and didn't wash them. He saw me looking and decided to throw on some black gloves and proceed working.I ordered three 8 piece wings. I told them on the phone I would walk over there. The young man then proceeds to ask me "Do you need a bag for that?" Uhh.. Yeah. He then turns the bag sideways and and barely puts the three boxes in the bag. Literally trying to be rude on purpose. If it wasn't for my wife being ill and needing to eat I would've cancelled. I fixed the boxes and left. I truly believe they were mad because they thought I wasn't coming and they wanted to keep the food. It was almost close.The cast was a very tall young man, a young woman and a very short young man. The tall man had the dirty hands. The short man was the mean guy and the young lady was a culprit.It's a sad situation in this country in regards to customer service.
