I've only done carryout but every time was pretty good customer service looks like a bunch of young kids working there every time I go but better customer service than some restaurants I've been to lolFast courteous and polite :)
I got 5 small pieces of pineapple and maybe 7 pieces of ham on a large pizza so comes to it I paid 16 dollars for beard....Never again
Got someone else's order, couldn't even call to complain. No one answers the phone. I called for 20min over and over. Finally I called a different store in Richardson, told him I couldn't get the store that made my order to answer, he goes 4u must be talking about the Arapaho store, ya for some reason they don't answer their phone. He said I could call 1800 dominos and they'd walk me through a resolution, all I got was a recorded message to go to dominos.com and email a complaint. I never got my order or even an email saying my next order was free or a refund or anything. Beyond disappointed. Bc I usually love dominos:(
Told me they are done doing deliveries for tonight… they aren’t closed my payment went through and the store manager called to tell me this. No explanation, no offers/coupons, just nothing.
They sent me a large thin crust pizza instead of a large extravaganza and they forgot my soda but when I called the store they quickly took care of it and sent out my second coke and the correct pizza
I've been ordering from this store for years! Rarely ever a mistake and if there was, it was absolutely taken care of and then some! They've saved us on many occasions from cooking!????
Every time i order its the best quality and gets here fast everytime.I just ordered a bacon jalapeno cheesy bread and a pasta. I love this location and its delivery service.

This is the only dominos I order from. They make the best pizza consistently. Other locations always disappoint, but this one never fails! 5 stars every time
