If I could give it no stars I would. This place is trash. I ordered through grub hub, drove 10 minutes to pick it up, manager first tried to say they had no orders and brushed us off. Then when returned with the phone that showed the grub hub order, he got attitude and stated he wasn’t filling the order and then told us he didn’t care and to take it up with Grubhub. Grubhub reimbursed me but the manager is a disgrace to management everywhere. Don’t come here. Go to the many other in the area. I know I will contact corporate and I will be sure to share my experience with this horrid establishment. Don’t dine here, don’t order here.
Dickey’s offers one of the best meats, such as fresh Ribs and Brisket!! Don't forget to stop by for some good tasting BBQ at Coit and Campbell Stores.
Tried their chicken sandwich it was awesome and the service is also really nice would be highly recommend ????
I went on monday at lunch time to have some food for my crew, the guy in the cashier I think he is from Iran or Syria, barely speaks English and was very rude, he was only using his phone in front of me, poking his nose and serving my sides with no gloves, I asked him if that was the regular service there and he told me "Yes", I won't recommend this place, bad customer service from this new cashier, the only one working there and with a good service was an old man at the block. They lost a loyal customer, the previous staff from November were far better. I whish there is an option for zero stars.
Rude worker making food with no gloves and his bandages hanging off his arm. Cashier overcharged me. You can’t get your own bbq. No pickles! No ice cream! Worker in back rude when asked for more bbq. Slammed it down on the counter and it busted open and spilled. This Dickey’s didn’t pass the vibe check. The one down the road at Coit and 15th is much better. Not as great as the Wylie location but better than this dump! Never again!
Ordered 3 meat plate with sausage,turkey and chicken. Meat was cold and dry. The sausage looked like it was several days old. Hope I'm not up sick all night...
The food here is awesome. It’s a small little store, probably better for pickup, but I’ve always had great food here. I like the ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Basically all the meats. Potato salad is the best side as well.
Got a family dinner pack and loved it. We also got a loaded baked potato for my oldest daughter. She could only eat half and saved the rest for lunch the following day. Luis was very nice and helpful with my order. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was because they aren't doing the free ice cream. I am not sure if that is company wide or just this location.
I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. Ordered pickup and got two bakers one with no chives. They were not busy during a peak time should of seen that as a sign that the food wouldn't be good. The brisket tastes old bland like they have been using the same meat all week. No flavor. Didn't even taste remotely like bbq.they put chives on both and tried to hide them on one because I'm sure they saw after they had made it that I requested to have one without. They could not even make a simple refund after I returned the whole order or call me back. Do not eat here. Take your money elsewhere.
Horrible customer service, went by to get some bbq, but they refused to honor my birthday coupon sent by Dickies. Said it was a decision by the new owner, as it has never been an issue for the last several years I've come here. When I spoke to the manager, I was told ghat they only do what they are told to do. I will take my business elsewhere.
