Brice was an absolute God send after we had an issue with Door Dash where our original order/location canceled and we couldn't get any clarification as to why. I was trying to reach out to the location I placed my order at and instead got in touch with Brice and his location. He was helpful in trying to locate our order and we ended up specifically ordering from his location due to his helpfulness and above & beyond customer service! He was more aware than DD was and I am grateful to him for assisting us! Please give him some extra $$$ onto his hourly lay, he deserves it! We appreciate you, Brice!
I ordered the food from the app which allows you to choose a date & time for pickup; I always choose the first one since I am typically already in the car when I order.I prefer the curbside pickup option and this location has the curbside pickup spaces clearly marked in front of the store with a phone number included to let them know you have arrived. You need to "check in" on the app first then give them a courtesy call letting them know you are there and they will get it together and bring it out to you. Very friendly staff and convenient.
Recently I've had dental problems & am having them fixed in a few days... tonight about 6:45pm I walked in absolutely STARVING from no being able to eat much & the gentleman working tonight were so helpful! They asked me what I wanted & I said "I hope y'all have something mouth friendly bc I can't chew right now" they fixed right me up! I got the loaded potato with pulled pork but they did it with loaded mashed potatoes & chopped the meat up so small that I could just swallow it. I wish I got their names bc they should get recognition for their amazing & helpful attitudes & attention to the needs of their customer. I will 100% go back to this specific Dickie's Barbecue Pit. The one at Plano Rd & Arapahoe Rd in Richardson
1st time ordering from this business … I’m here on a trip in Dallas and I ordered Uber eats … this place ESPECIALLY If your going to use Uber eats as a delivery service, you need to have better protection for the food … seriously it was extremely cold ( I understand delivery times aren’t going to be fast ) but PLEASE GOING FWD GET BETTER SEALS AROUND THE FOOD … it’s just uggh I wasted 32$ on sketchy looking food …. Don’t order this food online… I recommend you order it in person…. At least tape the bag up or something …

Everytime I walk in that place I get the workers giving me dirty looks and I feel they stereotype me and so I get poor service
They gave me chopped brisket when I asked for sliced. And when they gave me sliced, they are very stingy with meat' portion, onion, and pickles. Photo says all.I would rather go to Dickey's at 1211 14th St, Plano, TX 75074. They are generous with portion and follow instructions.
