I only was there for coffee so I’ll speak to that. It was a cute place - the furniture was more industrial but it didn’t feel drab because they had a lot of windows. The line to order was quite slow, and the baristas were yelling about some logistical mishap with the restaurant while I was in line, BUT once I ordered the coffee came out pretty quickly. My cappuccino was the right size and the oat milk wasn’t chalky. Overall I liked it and would come again.
Great place to rent a workspace for a day, a week or even longer. A really great space for small events. Modern, clean, lots of parking and lots of options for setting up the space.

We hosted my daughter’s graduation party at Communion. We were so thankful they could work us into their schedule very last minute after our plans had to change. The venue is terrific and we were very pleased with the food and service. Thank you for making our day special!
When you have a great cappuccino it is like candy sweet from the espresso and steam milk melding together…at the right temp, so it goes right down… That’s what I got today…yum!
Great spot for coffee in Richardson Texas. Communion even has a gift shop inside with cool souvenirs featured by local artist. They also have an event space and a co-working space.
Great coffee & breakfast/brunch(only have one pic)! Sad it closes at 2pm but still great place. Wish I remembered the young lady who served us! She was amazing
I stopped by while out for a bike ride but forgot my wallet. When I asked about Apple pay they sadly mentioned they didn't take it. Not even two minutes later, one of their awesome baristas approached me and asked what he could get me, saying he didn't care about not being able to pay. What wonderful kindness to help me quench my thirst with a delicious iced black tea!
Staff was awesome! I forgot my wallet and they still served me and just allowed me to come back later. Turns out I could pay online but it was great to have such awesome service on a morning when I really needed a breakfast and a coffee! Definitely recommend you support this business!
I really wanted to like this place. I am the "support locals" person who always want to give a chance.. The atmosphere is great, it is really close to our home, and the reviews are great. But I just didn't get the same experience. Service was slow and we didn't get forks spoons and knifes until it was very late. My hot coffee wasn't hot.. Blueberry pancakes was okay, elote muffin was almost inedible, hard and dry and tasteless. The savory things were better, like tacos and burritos. But not extraordinary. Husband said we didn't get great service because we were not the same ethnicity as the rest of people there. I was thinking he was exaggerated, they were just busy, understaffed and didn't mean to be rude. But then I saw how they treated us differently with others, like they smiled and chit chat with other but cold with us and very slow and avoided eye contact.. I just hope he was wrong.
