Trying out this chain over a few locations. I am pulling for them since they originally are from Texas, however so far I feel the food could use a little more help in the flavour department. Burgers are good, it's a great place and atmosphere to enjoy drinks AT THE BAR AREA and so far after 3 recent visits to different Chili's locations I am not a fan of the chips and salsa as they have an after taste. If you get a table, consistently SLOW service is dragging them to less stars.
I came to this location one afternoon with some co workers during lunch break. Upon arrival i was told there was a 15 minute wait because there was only 1 server available and he was already very busy. Which was fine, I work across the street and had an hour lunch so I didn't mind the wait. I asked Erin (the girl who told me about the 15 minute wait) if I could at least grab a table and sit down and wait for the rest of my co workers to arrive. Erin told me "No, there are people ahead of you. You can go to the other Chili's up the street." I called my co workers to ask what they wanted to do, we agreed to stay since the other location was about a 15 minute drive. So I asked again can I just sit down until the server is available. Erin again told me no. Frustrated, I went to sit in the waiting area. A few seconds later the couple who was also waiting waiting to be seated exited the restaurant. Two of my co workers (one Caucasian the other Latina but appears Caucasian) asked Erin to be seated and she cheerfully told them yes and seated them. Not realizing I was with them, I asked her "why did you just seat them but when I asked you not even a minute ago it was an issue?" She had no response.I am appalled that in 2022 this is the type of treatment I experienced. I have addressed this to a manager already who apologized on Erin's behalf. I am posting this simply as I feel my review may impact whether non Caucasian people choose to come to this location.
Went to this location for the First time. Staff was Nice, Wendy went above and beyond. Our food was delicious. I had the Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Corn Tortillas. I was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures. Trust Me, the presentation was nice but tasted even better. I will go back.Oh, do wear a Jacket, Sweater, etc... It is Cold inside.

The manager Monica is the best. Her patient and professionalism is top tier! I thank you for making sure my Chili's experience was nice and smooth. The food is delicious as always, I'll always recommend this location
This place is the worst. One of my favorite drinks is the Bloody Mary, and every time we come here, they never make the actual drink per their menu. They put none of the dressings, and it’s always water down and made terribly. If you ever get upset about your drink being made incorrectly, the bar tender will have a mouth full to say about it as well. The ONLY good thing about this restaurant is the waiter Tanner. He always ensure all of his guest are properly taken care of and HUSTLES. Maybe they should put him behind the bar, since he, unlike most of the people that work here, care about delivering quality service. The ONLY reason we come back here is because of his service and his service alone. They say you get what you pay for at chili’s, guess I see that is pretty clear
We went there after years and I still love their burgers although they’re not as filled as I remember. They used to have more lettuce and all the trimmings but I can’t really complain. It’s still awesome!
I mean if dirty bathrooms along with slow service doesn't bug you its ok haha
