We love this place. The cheese and bean nachos are better than most of yhe places I've eaten. Enchiladas were great.
Nice and warm place to enjoy food. Atmosphere was karaoke tonight but it was laid back. We will return!!!
This is an absolute gem!! Food was amazing!! Margaritas are strong and delicious! They need to sell them in pitchers and offer rainbow margaritas so I can bring all my homegirls!! Tell your friends if you want some good a$$ food and drinks with a beautiful decor!! Can’t wait to come back next week!!
Food was great but the service was so bad I've never seen anything like it. I won't go back until they find descent help this girl didn't know anything she barely knew she worked there. Never again
Very good food and drinks
Today was my first timing going to Chili Gordos Mexican Cafe and I am impressive. I love the family atmosphere. The service is spot on and the food is excellent. I tried the chicken flaunta and the #9 which is a chicken enchilada, beef enchilada and a crispy beef taco. The chili con carne sauce is so wonderful that I could eat it by itself. The waitress, I think her name is Alexa was awesome! I will definitely, definitely, definitely be back!!
Diablo Fajitas are deliciously spicy. Menudo is incredible. Cowboys game was on and good service. Will be back.
My husband is in the hospital with stage 4 cancer and I couldn't be with him until he was put in a room of his own. He called me as I walked in to grab a bite before going home from work. When we hung up, I cried into a napkin and my appetite was gone. Without asking any questions, my waitress, Paula, made the sweetest gesture and it really changed the way I felt. Sometimes just recognizing and acknowledging someone's feelings goes a long way. I really appreciate her. I ate and it was great. Thank you Paula!

My hubby said let's go see what we can find to eat out. We ended up going through Plano and Richardson & either they were too crowded or closed. We came back to our neighborhood and saw an old favorite and it was opened and not too crowded. We got our favorite, mixed meat fajita for two and added a cup of queso dip. It absolutely melted in our mouths. It was the perfect temperature and texture! I am so glad we ended up at Chili Gordos Mexican Restaurant! It made out Friday night date night compete!??
