The young man looked me right in the eye, smile on his face, and told me my whole order. Then his smile grew for a reason I would only glean later, and told me I would find 5, COUNT THEM 5, Chick-fil-A sauces in the bag. Such confidence and detail, I had no choice but to take off without so much as a glance in the bag. When I finally got ready to eat, I removed all the items and reached in for the bounty of sauces that must lie within. However I felt only the bottom of an empty bag, and the breaking of my heart. No one could have mistaken 5 sauces for no sauces. No, this was deliberate. What had driven this man to do this? Had he been my Phil Collins, out there, waiting all his life for this moment, when he could enact his revenge for an unknowing act from my past? I'll never know, and I guess neither shall you.
We ordered lunch for the entire office. They were super rude when one of us went to pick it up and would not give any sauce even though we had listed all of the sauces we wanted on the order, so now it's a whole office full of unhappy people eating dry chicken.Update: ordered again (clearly not my choice). No sauces AGAIN.
I order catering through this Chick-fil-A and will no longer order chick-fil-a anymore. I was addressing 3 concerns with the operator when he hung up the phone on me and told me I was no longer allowed to order through this Chick-Fil-A.1. Food arrived early and no one was told2. Sandwiches were not put into catering boxes3. We only received 3 chick-fil-a sauces (some people refused lunch because they didn’t have that sauce)The operator Phillip Hassler hung up on me. No “my pleasure” or any of the politeness you expect from a Chick-fil-A. Phillip Hassler was rude and showed a lack of empathy for my event that wasn’t going correctly due to catering. I will not be using this Chick-fil-A or any Chick-fil-A going forward.
Ordered at drive thru and was handed my food at the window by Jacob. Extremely pleasant young man. My grandsons were in the car with me and Jacob spoke to them as well while the food was being bagged. It is so nice to to have someone actually say thank you instead of just shoving the bag out the window like the majority of fast food restaurants. I told my grandsons no matter what they do in life the need to have an attitude like Jacob. Awesome job!
Chick fil a near me is closed for renovations. We went thru the drive thru to place our order & we were told that this location did not give a senior discount. Food was good ascwell as service, but we will not visit this location again due to no senior discount. We eat out only where we can use a coupon or get a discount.
This is the best CFA in the surrounding area, food is always fresh and hot! Customer service is impeccable. This is my favorite CFA I will only drive to this one!!! Keep up the great work!!
I love Chick-fil-A but I hated this visit because there were five kids that were screaming so loudly they gave me an immediate headache and nobody in management did anything about it. I felt very stressed and agitated the entire time. I wish I hadn't taken the time, gas and energy to go to this location. It doesn't take much effort to think about or consider the experience or comfort level of guests dining at your facility. Nothing was done and no attempt was made to ensure guests comfort and that is why many just left. I tried to stay but threw away my food and just got out of there. It was more important to throw away the money than it was to stay and cause strain. Even now I remember and hear those kids screaming at the top of their lungs and watching the staff just ignore them life it was a common place event. My hands shook and my heart raced. It was equal to trying to eat a meal while you sit in the middle of a race track with cars screaming by ...Awful ..an apology doesn't change the time and money lost.
5 stars is the standard expectation for a CFa. Food is hot and employees working the counters are always on top of their game. Drive thru moves through just like it should. Other places should be taking notes.
This Chik-Fil-A is the best one i have been to. The ordering thru drive in is a snap. The employee's who take the order, the person who is the traffic person, the person at the window (Josh) who gives you the order always meets you with a smile as you go thru to get your meal. Josh always calls me by name, smiles while handing you your meal before sending you on your way. Truly excellent staff this Chik-fil-A has.We have been to this restaurant so many times they always know me by name and know what i always order a Spicy Deluxe Meal. This is a wonderful place to eat also in side. I have taken my grandson in on several occasions. Staff is friendly and always a clean restaurant to take your family to.
Definitely do not recommend ordering online. We got home without a salad and had to drive back only to deal with questions that seemed as if the workers were interrogating me about my order. The workers didn’t apologize and didn’t even recognize the mistake or take accountability. With their lack of customer service, we will not be coming back anymore.
