I'm not sure if is just at this location, but have you guys noticed that the chicken Deluxe sandwich has shrunk in size, like big time, I just bought the meal and when open the bag, it literally looks like a muffin size, rather than an actual DELUXE sandwich...and the fries were like many small little pieces rather than the whole piece, making it super annoying to spread the sauce unto it. Well that's my humble opinion, and hopefully it was just an isolated episode.
This is the most disgusting Chick-Fil-A location I’ve ever been to. Every other Chick-Fil-A in the area is clean but this Richardson location. The employees in the drive through window need more training in communication with the customer because I could hardly hear the person charging me. I went to this location on Friday May, 27th after a long day of work.I placed an order for 3 Spicy Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches Deluxe and 2 fries. I went to pay for my order in the drive through window and the kitchen was disgusting. The cooks were not wearing any gloves and were touching the food and throwing trash in trash bags hanging off the metal tables in the kitchen where orders are being placed. I payed and took my order for takeout to eat at home. When I opened the bag I noticed the fries were covered with packs of ranch & Buffalo sauce! It was half of the fries that were gone! They literally put sauces in the box of fries. These sauce packets aren’t clean and they filled up the box of fries halfway with them leaving me with just half a box of fries to eat. I begin to eat my sandwich and I can tell the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches are not fresh. The Sandwich itself was soggy and dry. The cheese was stuck on it as if the Sandwich has been sitting there for hours. I decide to eat it because this is all I had to eat and then I decide to open my sandwich and a white piece of hair was hanging off the cheese towards the bottom of the sandwich! This is absolutely disgusting! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I threw the sandwiches away! Horrible service & disgusting management. I will never be coming back to this location ever again!
This morning 5/27/2022 I took my daughter to chick fil a on the plano road of Richardson. I order chicken mini meal for her breakfast. First they only give my daughter chicken mini without harsh brown. Then we came back to get our foods and ask Roast honey BBQ sauce, the white older worker laugh at me and correct what I said. I told her: chick fil a supposed to train workers to be nice to every customer and also said to her, I have worked at chick fil a for three years, I know what sauce I talked about. Finally she gave me Mayo. Hope chick fil a improve worker’s quality.
Bad customer service. Waited in line for 2o minutes. We got pushed into the second lane that wasn't the window to pay and the worker told me that I had to wait in line again and go all the way back around if I wanted to get my food. I understand there's a process and I never complain about having to wait in line. But I was Literally right there and they had my food at the dang window. By the time I get back to the window my food would be cold and my drinks watered down. If that's the way it is please put a sign there so at least ppl know. I give every chic-fil-a excellent reviews. This store gets 1 star.
Was getting close to closing time, but they got the order done quickly. The help is always friendly and polite. Unfortunately, they didn't make my sandwich, but they didn't charge me. Just kind of aggravated that they didn't get it included in my order with the other sandwiches.
Older lady at the drive thru window this morning was rude (gave me a face) when I asked for condiments. She said to not wait until im at the window to order condiments told her sorry I forgot, that usually they ask at the speaker she responded with “we don’t have to ask you just tell us”.
Ordered a 12 pc grilled nugget for $7 received an 8 pc. Took it back in , they replaced it but the clerk had the nerve to tell me that the original container was a 12 pc. I counted them in the truck before I returned, there were 8 average to small pieces. This place is already expensive, but I am not going to pay that much for 2/3 of my order ever again.
Last night, my nephew ordered a grilling chicken sandwich. I eat with him later. I got food poison and my nephew to throwing up all night my body still tired dizziness hope nobody get it to. If still not feeling properly I have to go to hospitalMaybe chicken bad or vegetable bad or something
So on top of the girl at the drive through trying to steal my money by overcharging me when I got to the window to pay with cash and then ringing in an amount $3 less to the fact that they were unable to fulfill three combos by forgetting a whole sandwich. Now I have to drive back, not eat my food until it’s cold because they forgot my sons sandwich. Thanks a lot Chic Fil A… I will not be back after I get my sandwich yall forgot!!
I am the rare citizen that dislikes the chicken's seasoning, however I will always be willing for the items without chicken.MAC & CHEESE, SHAKES, SALADS, SOUPS, TORTILLA SOUP(I know it has chicken but it is so good)
