We were very hungry after a long day at fan expo and found this on our way home on a road we don't usually travel to and so glad it was open! We figured to eat something as it was almost 9pm. To our surprise this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The chairs have wheels on them and that's so cool. The lobster ravioli melted in my mouth. My husband ordered veal and he said it was the best he's had. My 4 year old who's a very picky eater devoured the bread. The service was great, the owner talked to us and other customers. We didn't even eat this good Italian food at NY. The prices are decent and affordable. The quality is great. Must try place. My husband is excited to take his NY Italian family here when they visit us later this year.
Food is great, service is great, they deliver. We went around 8pm on a Saturday night and we were seated immediately. Servers are fast, friendly and attentive.Most tender meatballs I’ve ever had with the perfect amount of sauce on the noodles.10/10 would recommend.
Interesting restaurant, the front end looks like a typical strip mall pizza joint but further in is a large and tastefully appointed dining room. They have a nice menu with very reasonable prices. The food was very good, servings were generous without being so oversized you have to take half home. It's not my new favorite (Two Guys From Italy is the best Italian in DFW still in my opinion) but this place is so much closer and so good I'll be back.
Went for dinner here and it’s BYOB! I didn’t know that before since it was an impromptu plan but I’ll definitely visit again with bottle of wine. They don’t charge you anything for opening the bottles. I had the bruschetta and vegetarian lasagna and it was pretty good and filing. They had a good European style ambience which I loved. They don’t have alcoholic drinks tho fyi.
Cafe Amore is an all around enjoyable dining experience. Friends and I enjoy the BYOB aspect.The food is great. The prices are so reasonable. I appreciate the fact they also offer vegetarian dishes and gluten free pasta which is my preference. The Cappuccino pie is amazing. Shout out to Jessica - you are AWESOME!!?

Outstanding! I ordered through Uber Eats and they remembered everything and included parmesan and some awesome bread/rolls that were so soft, dense and comforting as I've been home sick for weeks and haven't eaten this well in all this time.Spinach salad, pasta Alfredo, side of Italian sausage (in sauce) and stuffed mushrooms. This will last me three meals. Just wow! I called to thank them and the gal who answered was so kind.
Walked in for an order & the older lady with glasses maybe in her early or mid 60s was completely rude. I didn’t know where to go, it was my first time there & they were completely slammed so it was hard to see the signs. Their staff is far from friendly!!!! However, the place smelled good & the food looked delicious!
Satisfying experience. Excellent meat lasagna and a sampler with a spicy Canelloni, lasagna and manicotti. The sauce is outstanding. The dishes have just the right amount of cheese to be able to taste all the ingredients. The garlic bread is a full loaf of soft and crispy not heavy bread prepared with fresh garlic and spices. The side garden salad is the perfect small to medium size with homemade dressing. The cappucino pie was over the top delicious. The service was quick and excellent. Spacious, clean dining room with wonderful paintings. Somewhat romantic with white tablecloths and Old World feel yet lovely as a family gathering place. We plan to return.
Ok so this place is wonderful food and it is so delicious but I rated it a two because my man and I came on a date here and the lady is starting us down like we are not going to pay for our food. Is it cause we didn’t come in a suit and dress or is it because we have tattoos I mean what is it? So we paid for our food up front and now she is no longer looking at us. Hmmm go figure this world is so big on stereotyping people that you can’t even enjoy your meal these days!
