I regularly enjoy Burger Street, but have noticed they are now upselling with tricky tactics. I ordered a #4 grilled chicken sandwich meal. They asked if I wanted small, medium, or large drink. I asked for medium because the meal comes with a regular drink. When I asked why they upcharged me for a large drink AND large fries, they stated that regular is a SMALL. They never asked what size fries I wanted and I contend they should not mix regular with any other size. Make it clear.
Food is great and the employees are nice but you can't rely on them being there. I went at 5:40 on a Sunday and 2 cars are in the parking lot but no one responded at the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes I drove up to the window and the lady says they're closed. There's no sign up saying they're closing early. Google has them closing at 10 p.m. and I called. No answer.
The only downside is they will upgrade your fries and drinks without telling you to make extra money. Times are tough. The food is AMAZING! Employees are kind. Highly recommend if you want a good burger.
Fairly quick through the drive thru right in the middle of lunch, 12ish. I ordered the #3 bacon cheeseburger and was surprised there was enough bacon to cover every square inch on the burger. The bread is super soft, but can still hold eberything on the burger without falling apart. I ordered mine with everything it comes with- red onion, pickle, tomato, lettuce and it was great. I had it with curly fries and med drink which was huge of course. Glad a coworker brought me here, will be back!!
Great local drive thru burger joint.
LOVE the burgers here!! I am a burger fanatic and they please my appetite, I just wish there was one close to me in Ferris, Tx....hint hint!!
The signs on the doors say they don't open until 10:30 a.m., so I parked and walked up at about 4:30 p.m. They're closed. Drive-thru was open though. It's a shame they can't afford a sign that matches their reality.
Not Sure If They Have Got The Memo That It's 2022 And Not March 2019 Because You Can't Even Grab A Table Inside, Plus There's Covered Tables Outside And No Place To Order If You Wanna Eat Outside.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a chili cheese hotdog combo without onions because I’m allergic to onions. I got halfway halfway back to my job and smelled onions so I checked my order and observed onions on my hotdog. Since I had to get back to work I called the number on my receipt to inform them on the issue. The call taker from corporate first instructed me to hold on to the food until the next day and return it for an exchange. Why would I keep some smelly onions that I’m allergic to for an entire 24 hours? Then the call taker took my information and said the manager from that restaurant would return my call. The hot dog was donated to the trash can charity. It’s been almost 6 days and no one has contacted me.
Wait in the drive-thru was a bit long, but the food was outstanding. We had a cheeseburger, chili cheese dog, two BLTs, curly fries, and a couple chocolate shakes. Yums all around.
