We ordered two burger combos for me and my wife. We had to wait at the parking lot per the cashier request. Unfortunately we waited almost 30 minutes and my wife decided to come inside. The manager apologized for the long delay. We got food and left. The reason we waited longer because we thought they were very busy but apparently they overlook ours.
Drive thru attendant took forever to greet me and when gentlemen came on to greet me and let me know "someone would take my order in just a moment" before he could finish she interjectected and stated irritatedly that, "I got it!" I waited to say ok thank you for about another couple minutes before she greeted me and took my order. I remained patient and just thought surely they are busy, to my surprise when i came around the corner there was noone waiting at the window or in front of me. She took my payment and seemed irritated as if I was an inconvenience to her evening. Definitely going to disrupt the success of this Braum's if she remains at the window and on order taking duties. Lastly, the ice cream I ordered was mixed with another kind of ice cream that I didn't order. As if the scoop wasn't rinsed and washed prior to scooping my order. I love Braum's and don't believe this is a reflection of Braum's but more of a miss with this employee. I will be returning and going inside to ensure I am not assisted by her going forward.
CLUTCH. & braums is the best hands down, for shakes or malts. the workers here are cool & efficient no matter how busy it gets (it gets busy here). shout out to the staff
I always enjoy a good double scoop of Braum's Ice Cream. Just about any flavor I've ever had I believe I have enjoyed and I have had several options of what they offer. Even the hamburgers are pretty good and the fries okay but not super great.The staff is friendly and helpful and I will even give you samples if you are interested in a flavor you've not tried before or just need a reminder of what it taste like.The store is playing and often filled with customers so that's amazing that they can keep it as clean as they do with the number of customers always in the store.
I wish I would have taken a photo of my ice cream sundae. I just couldn't wait to eat it. ?The ice cream was delicious and the price was very reasonable. I really like the fact that they sell their brand in the freezer section. They also have a little convenience store area.
Nice staff and and food was freshly made. Very clean. Stopped after a soccer game, ate inside and forgot to get photos.

Came in at 4:45pm only 4 people working at beginning of dinner hour. SERVICE was extremely slow. Not enough help.... MANAGEMENT ISSUES? Loading up day/morning shift so they don't have to work themselves and/or keep labor cost down to increase their bonus'...... so much for customer service. I live 1/4 mile away and will drive out of my way to avoid this kind of customer service
