I usually like coming here. But I doubt I will again. I ordered a hot coffee, large. The staff made an iced coffee. After telling her this is not what I ordered, she took the drink back, put a *tiny* amount of hot coffee, mixed the rest of original iced coffee, then put it in a paper cup, handed it back to me. So it's still cold coffee just in a different cup. I had a meeting to get back to or else I would've asked for it to be remade A SECOND TIME from scratch. This was done intentionally for like no reason at all except to be a cheeky employee, and I regret leaving a tip at all when I paid. Please train your staff better to not waste people's time.
They're open later than almost all other coffee shops that's why I went. It's very clean, they were quick, and the mocha frappe coffee is the most unique tasting coffee I've had, and it's quite rich. I personally wish it had more ice but that's my preference. Because the liquid part at the bottom of the cup was too thick and syrup-y. Oh and they offer lots of toppings but you gotta pay for them, of course.
The pandemic hasn't fared well for most businesses, but you can do better. Train your staff properly, QA your equipment regularly. Customers who've been coming for years can identify changes in your quality. If someone is paying $8-9 for a single avocado smoothie drink, we expect it to be consistent with what you've produced in the past. Avocado smoothies should be smooth and creamy, not watery with chunks of ice that barely fit through the straw. Tapioca balls should be firm and chewy not undercooked and over-sweetened. Bistro B and Fat Straws are just around the corner. And you were even that busy today...
I've been going to Boba Latte for years (even before they were at this location). Atmosphere is modern and spacious. They always fresh, perfectly chewy bubbles. They have tasty fruit smoothies and lots of caffeinated options to choose from. You can adjust sweetness levels and they have plenty of milk-alternatives for those of us who just don't do dairy. Love love this place so much. <3
I wish I had few pictures, explore by chance after having terrible food from the area.Anyways I simply love the vibes of the place, people at behind the counter were wonderful and humble and patience. Was nt in rush for order so I took my time and order regular coffee and popcorn chicken “super awesome thing it was Halal”. Absolutely love the flavor, tenderness and test. Coffee was seems freshly roasted and the aroma was super ? good.Even though I was skeptical a little before, this is already my favorite place to go next time. ???❤️?.Would definitely recommend to anyone Els.
For those who like the aroma and floral flavor of green tea, I recommend Boba Latte's Jasmine Green Tea. It's like no other and I've been to 6-7 other tea cafes in the Dallas/FTW Metro Area. The flavor reminds me of drinking hot Jasmine green tea at authentic Chinese restaurants. I usually request 30% sugar level because I don't want to hide the tea flavor. But 50% is not too sweet as well. Coffee jelly and Crystal Boba are my favorites to add in my Jasmine Green Tea. That's a must have! I have tried their coffees and Thai Tea and was not a huge fan mainly because I don't like too much milk in my coffees and teas. The flavors die down significantly and all I taste is the milk cream with a hint of coffee or tea flavor.
the Cafe latte is amazing. it is made of vietnamese coffee. the black milk tea is okay.

It's another bobba tea place in Texas, with similar price range as any other bobba tea places. They offered wide selections of drink, and we liked what we ordered. Their bathroom was clean. As of September 2021, masking is madatory. If you planned on coming to this place, make sure to bring your mask. They do not provide a mask at the front.
