Great customer service .. nice cozy ambience .. the food is amazing .. it is a hidden gem in DFW area .. you must try their Falafel Mix Iraqi Bread Sandwich with Amba Sauce; it is to die for a perfect combination of tastes that burst in your mouth !!! By far our favorite and definitely coming back to try other authentic Iraqi dishes ?
Customer service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Is this a restaurant or a daycare?Besides children running around the place while people are eating, when you walk in it’s almost as the lady taking orders doesn’t want to be there. This past year iv been there 20+ times and it’s always the same thing. Great food, but the customer service is the complete opposite. No enthusiasm or sense of care for the customer. Just tryna get us out as fast as possible. Literally if this gets taken care of then it’s a 10+ star restaurant!!
Been eating there for almost 9 years now . Delicious yummy shawarma 5 stars as always!
Stumbled upon this place quite randomly. Not disappointed but nevertheless never ventured back since all the products are available closer to "home."The sandwiches are juicy and the meat trimmed. More emphasis on beef than lamb - tuned to my expectations.
The girl who answered the phone literally told me to hold and I was on the phone for ten minutes hearing her talking and laughing but no one came to grab the phone. I went to the restaurant to tell the owner, he was yelling and asking me what he could do for me but kept rudely cutting me off when I was telling him about the phone issue. Please have more respect for your customers!!!
I think this is one of my favorite Mediterranean spots in Dallas. It's crazy affordable and the options are vast. I'll be stopping back more in the future.
My husband and I love this place. Super friendly and hard working owners. Their drink selection is nice and their food is usually fresh. I prefer chicken over red meat. We’ve only had the sandwiches so I can’t speak on behalf of the entire menu. Fries are sometimes fried in old oil and they’re not at tempting. All in all, we’re always stopping by when we’re in the area
Not the friendliest customer service the lady running the place really seems to not care. My last order was definitely not fresh there was stale bread in it and to add insult to injury the garlic sauces in my entrees were literally watered down and disgusting like don't even bother putting it in there if you're gonna do that. If they're willing to cut corners like that with no shame who knows what other scandalous things they're doing and serving. I definitely will not be returning.
Tasty Middle Eastern fare in a small diner setting. Beef an chicken shawarma, kabobs and hummus are excellent. There is a small selection of pastries and fresh bread. The service is friendly and they are eager to answer questions.
Good iraqi food and bread. The smile of the place owner is remarkable ?
