Benders is a great hidden gem to watch sports! We went for the Cowboys game, since it was a playoff game we thought the place would be packed wall to wall, but there was tons of space! We got our drinks served quickly, TVs on every corner, food was yummy with lots of options (appetizers, tacos, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches). Atmosphere was great - we will be back.
Place is good but I don't like the smell of cigarettes when I am eating, unfortunately they have a space for people to smoke and that is not the problem, the problem is that all the smoke goes Inside on the place and it feels like a ghetto place. And don't get me wrong the people there are really friendly, just that smoke is like nope.
Outstanding service with awesome cocktails and a great beer selection. They obviously focus on customer appreciation! Clean place and I highly recommend!
TBH the Benders on Midway is SOOOOOO MUCH better than the Richardson location. The atmosphere was as expected, but the shots were ?, and not very good they all had an underlying sweet taste, even my go to "Pickle Rick" didnt taste right. BUT the food was bomb(shout out to the wonderful kitchen), I opted to drink water the rest of my visit. I'll most likely be back, but I'll pregame first, to avoid a $40 tab of mediocre shots.
The food was pretty good. I had the brisket egg rolls and fried pickles. My husband had a salad and tenders.The atmosphere was for an acquired taste. The service was disturbing. Not super busy, we never got a refill, I had to get up and ask for water, ask for our check, etc... They're was soothe table who had to ask for their check as well. I would strongly recommend paying attention to all tables regardless of they are familiar faces, people you like or not.
Cool place and Bartenders are great! It would be nice if they have kitchen that would be plus for business and customer would be more happy. Bathrooms needs to be take care off little better. Need plumber work for sure.
I stopped by on a slow Friday just to check it out. Great amount of seating, plenty of TVs, beer selection was solid, and food menu was good for a sports pub. I had the wings and tots, really good and not greasy at a fair price. Overall great local sports pub with ton of TVs to watch the games. If you're looking for a party bar head to Addison, but if you want chill spot this is really good.
