I advise you in Texas not to go to this place, before the singing time they turned off the air conditioner as if they wanted to kick us out. I don't understand why the 20% fee charged us 2 times while we only used 1 theater room. When I asked the staff here, they explained that when booking, there will be a 20% fee and for each order, a 20% fee will be charged. i need a clear explanation otherwise we will never come back because overcharged and we don't know why. I have today's receipts and will post them for everyone to check. they provided us with 2 mics but 1 was very low volume, we were very tired using it and we told the staff to help change another one, they took it out and then brought it back us but it doesn't change anything.
The staff was great and the food is too! Everyone working here were so nice. I want to come back and try different flavors. Had boneless hot spicy and soy garlic wings. Liked the soy garlic the best.
It’s not our first BBQ Chicken experience, but it’s our first time at the Richardson location. Flavors are always on point, and we always order more than we can eat because air-fried leftovers are the bomb! ? Plus it’s Football Sunday…We wanted to dock a ⭐️because of the missing items on the menu and slower than usual service. They are short on staff and hiring BTW, so it’s nothing terrible, we patiently waited for our food. But…Thankful for restaurant workers that show up to feed us! Y’all are awesome!We ordered SP Fries, Cheesling Fries, Kimchi FR, Takoyaki, Tempura (another minute of frying perhaps would get it really golden), SS Chicken, Original bone-in and Wings. All the chicken were ???Joy Macarons are up in front, wish they had more flavors. That closed the deal and we checked out with food babies to boot. ? Yum!
Really good!! If you like Asian style chicken, typically seasoned w garlic, soy sauce, sweet & sour, this is the place for you! My sister loves getting their cheese ling chicken which is a unique sauce I haven’t seen anywhere else. Caution - the hot chicken are really spicy. For me, I can tolerate medium heat but that spice level was too hot for me. They also don’t have small sizes and their regular size is 8 BIG pieces, perfect for leftovers, but preferably I’d like to have smaller sizes so that I can choose and taste different option. Just a suggestion!
Variety of bone-in and boneless options with varying degrees of heat. They have appetizers as well ranging from fries to takoyaki.
The food is great! Service is consistently mediocre, but the food is why I kept coming back. I’ve been here 4 times. BUT this last visit (1/7/22), took the cake. I typically sit at the bar, do a little work, and then order to go. When I walked in, there were so many customers waiting for to go orders. I chose to sit at the bar and place my to go order immediately. I was the only person at the bar and there was one couple sitting at a table. It took a couple minutes to be greeted and get a menu, but that was understandable due to the volume of to go orders. I sat, ready to order, for several more minutes. After he took my order, the waiter let me know that food “was taking a while” and he asked if that was OK. Their food is always fresh so I didn’t mind the extra wait time. During my visit, “shift change” took place. So the waiter who took my order had a seat at the bar, I assume his shift was over. There were 4 or 5 staff members behind the bar. The inside of the restaurant was empty so the staff was talking, joking, and one waiter was braiding hair. One staff member was training another on table numbers. I didn’t have a problem with any of that. Again, the restaurant was practically empty. The issue is I was the only customer at the bar, multiple staff were standing at the bar and my drink sat empty for the latter part of my visit. I did not know who my new server was because no one came and checked on me. I think waving waiters down is rude and they do not wear name tags, so I sat there and waited on them to acknowledge me. Nothing. I made eye contact with each of them. Still nothing. I looked to see if I could identify a manager out of the group but there didn’t seem to be one present. Someone brought my order out but they did not present the check. Again, I had to wait on them. I stood up, and I still had to wait. I was finally able to get the attention of a waiter after they took care of another to go order. This is not the first time service was slow, but this was the worst experience. On top of that, my order was incorrect. This place could be really amazing, I hope they turn it around.Also, please wash your hands after touching yours or someone else’s hair.
Delicious spicy chicken ever!
What a great place for a late night dinner ! The atmosphere of the restaurant is intriguing. They have a karaoke room, phenomenal service (including a robot that serves food if your lucky) and great decor. The food was also really good ! My friends enjoyed all the different korean chicken they ordered from the cheesling to the original. I loved the radishes they were very savory. Kimchi fries and takoyaki were also very good ! A must try, it is also quite affordable, with just slightly below average pricing !
We eat here way too often, and have tried everything on the menu! Favorite flavors are spicy galbi and secret spicy. After eating here numerous times, my husband and I have determined when we're hungry, we can eat 2 orders of medium boneless, or 1 order of large boneless. Anything else added to it will have leftovers. Less hungry us would share 1 medium boneless + tteokbokki. We also take advantage of the lunch specials when we can! The dine-in service is good, just use the table buzzer. And when we call for pick-up orders, it's very straightforward and friendly.
Very delicious chicken. Nice, attentive staff, great drink deals and a fabulous private karaoke room. A great place to go for a quick meal, or a fun celebration! Also fantastic deals on bottles of sake as well. Would recommend any day. Definitely will be returning.
