What a weird experience, after a long day on the road (8hours) I was really looking forward to the Indo Chinese food Bawarchi offered. Alas! Such disappointment! The manchurian and schezwan curries were super spicy and after trudging through it the appetiser we order , veg momos, came finally (ironically the appetiser arrived last) they were super cold and when I told them about it they just warmed it in the microwave and brought them back out… being a restaurant owner myself I know that this is a no no!When we complained they said the momos were made fresh and not from the fridge (wasn’t true). After a lot of back and forth I had the momos taken off the bill which they did reluctantly and with quite a bit of attitude. Sadly there was no apology or ownership of bad service. Will not be back.I hope they realise the error in dealing with customers and try to resolve it internally.
Excellent first time experience. I ordered Fish Biryani and Hyderabadi Curry. Food was amazing and full of flavor. The portion of the biryani was great for the price. The only issue I had is that the portion of the curry is not enough for an adult. The lady at the front was sweet, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. This is my to go to place for Hindi food from now on.
From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we where greeted kindly by the Owner.She made a suggestion of Lamb Chicknadi for my wife, and I did my Butter Chicken.AMAZING !!!We will make this our Indian Dinning Destination from now on!
Easy of order and payment while at restaurant was not particularly great. I get it it’s germ free times but all restaurants are way past it especially with not using masks, using regular dinnerware and silverware etc so why make a dine in experience feel more like take out also I can’t use carry out discount or rewards points to order! We brought a guest thinking of our past experiences and guaranteed it’s authentic great Indian food but either due to change of chef or not able to customize the order to your level of spice due to the whole order on phone idea it tasted just regular not the worst but just bland! Never going to go back as felt embarrassed after hyping up this place to my guest.
I’m so disappointed with their service. I ordered catering from here, which gave us including our guest stomach problems. We were so embarrassed. Even though the taste was ok, the quality of food was bad. When your price is high we expect the quality of food be good. I paid almost 500$ for their so called party tray which is already low in quantity (may be half the quantity of your order) high in price and poor quality. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The staff was friendly. I was not sure what I wanted to order and they took the time to explain dishes that I would like practicing veganism. I ordered the aloo Goni and Hakka noodles! Fresh food and so good! I’ll be back.
Very nice naan and paneer tikka curry. I was disappointed at the Veg Dum Biryani, all it had was green pepper and Gobi with colored rice. We did inform about this but there was no reaction for which I am not suprised. 3 starts are for Paneer tikka curry, Naan and the fast service.
Request to Bawarchi Richardson , if they can taste their food and comment on it. Adding a Special word does it make any difference on your menu. 2 dish one special and one normal and both taste same , dry color rice. Your salan is just a colored water.
Okay place for Indian flavor food.The same food will taste differently every time. The food you like once might be your worst testing food next time.Wait time is longer than usual. So of you are hungry please make sure you consider that.The servers are very polite, even if you show your frustration, it will not work.Irani chai is good though ☺️
I ordered Hakka Noodles and it was cooked using some old oil or used oil. Smelling very bad and tasteless. Really dissapointing experience. Customer service is 0/10 . Do not even consider going there save your money
