Friendly and accommodating wait staff. Had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp dish and it was delicious! Like the atmosphere as it's not a noisy restaurant so you have no problem with hearing conversation at your table.
Just ordered a 6 oz top sirloin to be delivered. It was about 2 oz of sirloin and 4 oz of fat and gristle!!! How anybody could even put that on the grill is baffling. And how anybody could allow that to go out the door to a paying customer just blows my mind! Completely inedible!!! Won't EVER order from Applebee's again.
Staff was friendly, food was notably Applebee's. It's nothing you're going to lose sleep over if you eat somewhere else, but definitely worse places to get a quick bite. I had a lunch special and the serving size was a little bit smaller than what I expected, but that might just be me getting fat, which is entirely possible.
I would have given them zero stars. Tonight I took my family of five here and waited 15 minutes to be seated. After waiting the 15 minutes my family and I were seated; we waited another 30 minutes for no one to take our drink order or to check on us. After the kids had gotten drowsy from waiting we decided to leave and the fat manager plus the bartender chased after us thinking we had skipped out on a bill.
The hostess was nice. The food was prepared way better than other applebees ive had in the area. The shots we ordered on thr waitress recommendation was delish. All in all the best time ive had at ? ? since moving here from FL
Service was ok and I understand due to covid but it wasn't that busy.. I think the well alcohol is pretty much high priced water.
We ordered a Mac and cheese side without bacon. The server told us they could do that then came back with my order saying that it was no sauces that didn’t have meat. So then he went back as I told him I don’t eat meat. He then came back with the Mac and cheese saying he had to yell at the chef to make it because he wasn’t making it. It was cold and came to me after I finished my food. My drink was also super watered down and I ended up sharing food with my partner because my Mac and cheese never came. By the time I was able to eat the Mac and cheese my daughter and husband had finished eating. It was her birthday so we were trying to treat her with a day out. I ended up asking to replace the Mac and cheese with fries and was given the fries but was told the drink I also ordered with the fries was backed up due to the bartender being caught up. So, I decided to leave as I was trying to be nice as he seemed new but he didn’t seem to care for us. Our payment device died after I told him the last one died (when we specifically asked if we could use google pay and he was told to set up a tablet for us). He didn’t set up the second tablet he gave us and we had to wait to get our check settled. I was so angry when I left as this was my child’s first birthday and the service was horrible.
The great service and food made my experience there awesome! The quesadilla burger ? with fries ? and a side of ranch set it off with a counter punch ? to a bad Sunday afternoon poor football with Cowboys ? ? vs the Cardinals! Let's not talk about how satisfying the mud slide drink was omg simply the best i have had. Thank you guys!!
The top sirloin steak was very well cooked to my specifications and very tender. The mashed potatoes were good and the broccoli was very tender as well.
It’s hit and miss here as I’ve been coming to this location for years. The Five Stars is for their server Ashley T. She is awesome! Friendly, punctual and always make sure everything is right! Ask for Ashley you won’t be disappointed!
