This is probably the worse bar you could ever think of. My friend and I waited for almost 2 hours to get our food and the waiter still got the order wrong. She apologized and when our check came , they charged us for the food we didn’t eat. Per manager, because it’s already in their system we gotta pay for it. This is just based on my experience. To each is own.
My husband and I wanted to try this bar since we live right down the street from city line. Ver nice location and pretty good set up. Waitress was super friendly and had great customer service. However, the food they are putting out is cheap and may not be cooked properly. My husband and I both got sick that night and did not feel good the next morning. For example, I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was literally out of the box Kraft Mac and cheese I make for my toddler. Also nachos were served cold. I was definitely expecting better quality.
My Wife and I walked in around 6:40pm, a small crowd, but enough of a crowed to have to wait a second or two for service. Bar Tender look up at me at least four times, a well tatted waitress rolled pass me and My wife NO ONE Acknowledged us, as if we were Invisible. After several minutes of the "Quiet Treatment", we took our money elsewhere, to somewhere my GREEN dollars are welcomed.
Today I had one of the worst experiences that you can possibly ever have! I've been wanting to dine here for months now. Especially, with it being so close to my job. This establishment appears nice/chill and somewhat family oriented. However, the racism was at an all time high. It took forever to place an order. The waitress had an attitude while both taking our orders and as she brought the orders out. Her carelessness acts made her "accidentally" waste food from our plates and stated she wasn't going to replace anything. After REPEATEDLY asking for the manager (CRAIG) I was threatened for the police to be called, as if though I was too irate. I persistently asked for my tab and once again I went unheard. I've NEVER had to deal with this type of behavior from staff. My children and myself will NOT EVER step feet in this place EVER again. "ACE'S" name should change to RACIST immediately!!! I would give this place -5 ⭐ if I could ?
Cool sports bar in a walkable area. Live all the spots that open for fresh air and to open up the space. Lots of TVs for sports, and a good selection of food. I visited for the Super Bowl and ordered the chicken wrap with Hop & Sting beer. Good time!
Look, I really want to like this place, but it's is constantly loud at night.I live here and I cannot sleep sometimes because of the cheering and music. Might try the food later on, but ill take a hard pass for now. <3Update: it's been 5 months since my original post, I live on the top floor and it's still noisy as hell.I have learned since then that the business has a legal right to play the music as loud as they want to until 2am, over 12 calls to non-emergency police since then.The apartments (Anthem CityLine) actually has endorsed this business and recommends it. How? Why? They are literally driving residents away from the area due to constant noise!
This may be one of the worst bars I’ve been to in the DFW. I strongly feel like the people leaving 5 star reviews are friends of the people that work there because this is far from 5 stars. The service was absolutely horrible… the waitress we had was insanely rude. We would ask for things and she wouldn’t even acknowledge that she heard us or respond when we gave her our orders. I asked for mayonnaise and she just looked and me and kept walking. After 5-10 mins I asked for it again when she walked by our table once more and she rolled her eyes. Lol.Someone mentioned that the burgers tasted like freezer burgers and seems to be the most accurate reviews so far. I don’t know how they allowed for such a bar to open in the city line area. We definitely will never be going back. First time in my entire life I left no tip.
It's a clean and open space and the service is decent enough, but one can't help be confused as to what exactly it's trying to be. The name implies an airplane theme, and I belive there is a painting of an airplane on one of the walls, but there's also a giant (awesome) robot and other things that seem out of place.There is also a very creepy factor: there is a wall-length mirror that you realize is actually a 2-way mirror once you enter the restrooms. Yes. You too can experience the voyeuristic pleasures of watching other patrons drink and dine whilst you are in the quietly hidden in a private, locked restroom. The bathrooms are single-person only.I shan't be returning for this reason alone.
Great place to catch a game. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Medium sized draft menu with good choices. Food was tasty and served hot.
