Went in tonight and was greeted by 2 of the workers with such a good attitude. I got their names T and AJ and was impressed compared to other wing stops I had been to. Definitely will be back because of them! My food was hot and fresh still when I got home and had a happy family.

Called to place an order and I was on hold for 25 mins I’m thinking man they must be busy! So I get in my car (still on hold) drive to the location and this is what I see ??‍♂️ Hard at workUpdate: I literally posted a picture of your worthless staff sitting outside doing nothing while the phone was ringing for 45mins from me trying to place an order and all you got to say is “sorry hope to see you soon”?!?! That’s funny… I’ll never spend another dime at the prosper location or the crossroads location cause I know they are both owned by the same person

Thalia and everyone on her shift tonight always go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. She and her team are always professional, polite, friendly and my order is always hot, fresh, and ready on time! This is my favorite location! You guys are the best!

Placed an order for pickup a day prior… the order was ready on time and correct but it was COLD! We had to heat everything up at home. Who knows how long it had been sitting there before our pickup time. Fries had zero seasoning and were DRY. Boneless wings were so chewy and disgusting we only ate probably 5 out of 20 wings! I love wingstop but this really left a bad impression on me.

So I order a couple orders of fries and the site said come in 16-21 minutes because I wanted them well done. I get to the restaurant in 5 mins check in and the order is ready. The fries are ice cold NOT HOT NOT WELL DONE!!!! I’m reminded why I don’t come to this location as I place my order in MY AIR FRYER to do what they failed to do.

I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every single time my order is incorrect when the receipt says the right thing. One time I ordered 25 wings i get home i only have 15 wings and the fact they acted as if I was bothering them when I requested my additional 10 wings. This time i order 10 lemon pepper & 5 cajun but instead I get 5 original hot wings and my lemon pepper are pretty much plain & No fry seasoning on my fries. Something really needs to be done at this location for better service!

Although the quality of food was good, as always, it’s evident this Wingstop is definitely suffering from resources and staffing. During my 30 minutes waiting, post my scheduled pick up time, I observed several customers walk out as there was no capacity to support pending order assembly and food deliveries waiting in queue. I also observed at least one person returning due to incomplete orders and then my own order was missing the chicken strips I paid for as well as being a combination of wings and drums when I specified drums only. Clearly not staffed appropriately. I do hand it to the staff on hand for being as accommodating as possible and prioritizing with what I would agree in queued orders; I am sympathetic and understanding to their situation of needing more staff, especially on a playoff weekend. I hope they are able to correct as the location is good, but I will not be returning for a couple months at least.

I truly don't understand how you can get an online order incorrect when it was made for a later pick-up. Not only did they miss an entire chicken strip, but my cheese sauce (pour straight from the bag and not even heated), 3 wings and if I didn't check the bag, an order of fries. At least the young lady at front was doing her best to make it right, but the cooks were giving her a hard time by saying, we don't have anymore, yet she looks and finds it. They were all being lazy aside from her.

The food is good. It's not much different than any other Wingstop. The only problem is Wingstop dropped this restaurant in the middle of so many people and wants to hire too few employees clearly. I've been there when the online order machine is spitting out orders so fast they couldn't keep up. I felt sorry for them. Just give your order extra time way beyond what the app says. It's always good when you finally get it.

Legit took 1 hour and 19 minutes to receive our order from the time we walked in the door. If you’re taking too many only orders than you at least should let your walk-in customers know so they can decide if they should wait or not. Everyone waiting was frustrated, and rightfully so. Over an hour waiting for wings??? What??
